Default Is there an alternative to Traffic Geyser that works well?

Just when I was about to take the plunge and begin using Traffic Geyser for a variety of uses, the product is now a $2,000 product instead of $97 per month.

Which makes me ask: Are there any other services that do the same thing?

I don't know exactly what features TG offers, but I'm pretty sure it's not worth $2000...

For video distribution, give TubeMogul (free) and/or Incansofts VideoBot ($30) a try.
If you start making serious cash with the videos, maybe you can consider TG.

See, if anything, TG can maybe help you leverage existing income streams. But if you can't make money using videos and TubeMogul, then you can't make it using videos and TG, either.

That's my 2c.

EDIT: Just to clarify: I don't know what features TG offers becuase I can't find them anywhere. All the info I can find on this are sales-pitches that are practically devoid of any real information. All I know is that TG distributes video and there is training material, mainly focused on local offline-marketing from the looks of it, as part of the program.

The birthday link still works I think.

Traffic Geyser: Get Top Search Engine Listings in Google, Yahoo and MSN Within Hours

Not my link. Just type in "traffic geyser 30 day" and it comes up.

Its not the free 30 days. that redirects to the $2000 version. This one costs $1.

Hope that helps.

I'm not sure if this code project is still supported but I recall it as being a desktop variation/solution to the TG scenario...

I think your looking at their Firepower Complete System with their Platinum Elite Membership.

Their regular membership still appears to be $97.

I got to sample their system for a client earlier this year and it is a great little setup. If you really need and want to distribute a lot of videos, this will save you tons of time.

TubeMogul appears to be a great alternative, though I have not tried that yet. I will add that to my "2010: Things to do" list.

You want to get Content Buzz instead. It does more than Traffic Geyser, plus you have added option for doing some web 2.0 automation.

I think they built this for themselves and didn't market it well enough to become a "name" but it has great value.

The owner and I emailed each other back and forth a few times and he explained why CB is so much more than TG.

Find out for yourself, is all i can say you won't be disappointed with it

Right on the money....its good advice to try TubeMogul first before spending any big money, imo.

Hi Patricia, you're welcome.

I joined CB then accidentally cancelled it and never went back to it, unfortunately...but it's one of the lesser know services out there that charges a very reasonable price for their membership.

however, it's limited to web 2.0 linking and video marketing, so not an all in one, but still a fantastic value

Roger, hi.

content Buzz is actually a better video submitter than Traffic Geyser sinc eit submits to more places, and imo that's the real major difference.

Too bad videos are starting to rank lower now

It will do everything you need form a content syndication tool and service at a very affordable price.. $29/month $1 trial and submission and linking to many more sites than any other! Add amazing customer service and you can't go wrong!

The major difference between TG and CB... with Traffic Geyser you upload your content to Traffic Geyser and they submit your content... with Content Buzz your computer(the software) will actually do the submissions...

I was wondering how long it would take for this to happen - do your stats actually confirm this?

Well, I started to notice that more and more of them were at the bottom of page 1, then I read something that confirmed this, saying that Google's Caffeine algo is/was going to be giving less luv to vids in SERPs, amongst other things it is going to do, like faster indexing of new content, real time search results, and devaluing blog comments quite a bit
