Sorry, had to start the thread off with that..
I stumbled upon them just now after typing the following into google.com.au
"How to get traffic to a blog"
They had an adwords ad at the very top spot of google. I read the about us and T&C, so far they seem genuine. If you click on traffic packages and then check the first option "Global Traffic Packages" and then scroll down they had a disclosure statement which is actually quite open, honest and very informative.
It seems like a wicked deal to be totally honest (Again not promoting, im NOT affiliated) but as we all know, if its too good to be true, it probably is.
Anyone use the service?
