Hello!

I would like to start build list, should I buy aweber plan or mailchimp.com ?
Which one is better?

    Hi Mate,

    Congratulations on deciding to build a list. Everything
    from this point forward should be focused on capturing
    as many email details as you can (legitimately).

    There are many way to build an email list.

    1. Using your own hosted solution. (harder and laborious)

    2. Using an online service. (Easier but Constricted)

    No matter what you choose...the decision
    to build your own list is the best decision
    that you can make for your online business.

    I am going to make a prediction here and tell
    you that most of the folks here will tell you to
    go with aweber

    Is there any difference between AWeber / mailchimp.com

    mailchimp.com using Firefox, Mercedes, intel etc. etc.
    Plans in mailchimp.com are very good, prices are better than in Aweber.

    Yes mailchimp's pricing is better than Aweber plus they don't charge you until 500 people joins to your list, thats good because people don't join on the fly

        Aweber does not allow moving a list to it. The list has to be built through Aweber.

        The only way to get them onto Aweber is by asking your list to sign up again, and you give them an Aweber link. Doing that, you can expect to lose a fairly large percentage of your subscribers, since most people will not re-subscribe.

        One way to minimize it is by offering a valuable freebie, and the only way that they can get it is by signing up through Aweber.
