Aweber Affiliate Commissions Problems

Has anyone else been having problems getting paid affiliate commissions in a timely manner from Aweber?

For the last 4 months I have been having BIG problems getting paid in a timely manner. It's always been 3 - 4 weeks late and sometimes over a month.

I have called and spoken to the affiliate manager a number of times and he always gives me a vague answer about the problem and never gives me any assurance as to when I will get paid. It kinda makes me mad because I have been a customer a number of years and my payment to them gets paid faithfully EVERY month.

I just recently in the last 5 months got serious about recommending their services to other internet marketers. I have referred about 10 people thus far who are paying faithfully. I use the commissions (at least that's my plan) to pay my monthly fee.

But because I don't get paid in a timely manner, my plan is not working and I have to pull money from somewhere else to make my paymemt.

I tried contacting Tom the CEO but my calls and emails got deflected and I'm back to square one with them.

Don't get me wrong. I like the autoresponder service. I just can't stand the way I'm being treated as an affiliate and the arms-length approach I get when I need answers about my commission check.

Has anyone else had any problems in this area?

I am not trying to bash Aweber or any of the staff. I'm just trying to find out if I'm the only one having these issues and I need a better explanation why this is happening.
