Link Farm Evolution - Help!

I wonder if someone would be kind enough to explain Link Farm Evolution to me in terms that I can understand. In the memorable words of Denzel Washington "talk to me like I'm a six year old". I'm trying to write an article about it, and through my research, and even from reading the info on the website itself, I'm just not grasping it completely.

Can anyone help me?

    I would like it explained to me on a 7th grade level too. So anyone that has used link farm evolution and can explain what it is, how it's used, what it does, how it benefits, all on a 7th grade level then that would be great.

    Just close your eyes and pretend that we are all 7th graders. This is how Mike Dillard teaches and I like the way he teaches, it's so easy to understand what he says. Please no geeky terms and also explain what wordpress MU is.

      Taking this a step further, it would be a nice idea for Warrior Forum to include a "... For Dummies" section too ie basic tutorials for selected products.
