Can anyone recommend an auction script?

I have a lot of stuff to sell on Ebay and their charges suck, so I was wondering if anyone has successfully set up a niche auction site that has ebay-like features?

I've seen some php scripts but it's hard to tell how robust/reliable they are.

Andy,

My site www.sitedeal.org uses a PHP Pro Bid Auction Script with enhancements in design and code. The basic script is very Ebay like and not the biggest investment.

Thanks for that - I actually looked at that this morning, I wasn't keen on spending $2400 without checking out some others first

I couldn't tell how basic it would be for the basic version but it was the best looking one I'd seen so far.

Hi,
I have a php probid licence with a good domain (2 years old) that I will sell if you interested. I was going to do it with a partner but sort flopped.

I paid $250 for phpprobid valid license and the domain is bidabargain - If you interested I dont want a lot for both

Ps - the template is custom as well and not the standard one

You can also consider WordPress, it has auction plug-ins + SEO ones! easy to use!
