The best Blog builder / manger

PRODUCT REVIEWS

i am looking for something to build pre configured wordpress blogs fast. I used to use Firepow and was happy with it.

Is it still the best ??

Is there anything that costs less

Is there a software program i can buy instead of paying a monthly bill?

Would not give up firepow. I quit once trying to save the monthly but after looking high and low, the dx, the one that cost 997 one time etc, never found nothing that controled 35+ blogs at once or generated content in the same level. Good luck
