Need help! What is currently the best site building tool?

What tool is the best all around tool for building a web site with very little coding exp. And will do an all around job, for getting ranked high on search engines.

    Wordpress.

    It's easy to use, very versatile, there are plenty of free templates available for it and you can get automatic plug-ins to take care of SEO.

    if you dont have no codeing experience as I dont, you could try with wordpress premium theme called Headway,
    it is based on What You See Is What You Get,

    I always recommend Bebiz for building a website. It has all kinds of tools to help you build it including a salesletter template, keyword research tool, payment setup.. all kinds of stuff. I used it for my first site and I knew NOTHING about HTML. You don't need to know code.

    And because my website is well optimized for the SE's, it's been ranking well for several long tails in my niche.
