Default Traffic Siphon -- Any reviews out there?

I'm getting pitches from gurus about Traffic Siphon. It's appears to be a video training course on white, gray (and apparently a few black) hat traffic generation methods. At the time I'm writing this, it's priced at $77. As usual though, the LONG sales letter is playing up the scarcity tactic and claiming that the price is about to increase. However, the course does look intriguing, but I've learned the value of running prospects past the Warrior Forum before making any purchases... So, anyone picked it up yet? If so, what do you think thus far? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I was looking for info as well and only find your thread with zero answers to date...

I do have to say it's one of the few times I get screaming pitches from top guys about a $77 product. Usually it's for $997++++ material.

The sales pitch didn't convince me, but who could not use a few new ways to get traffic?

I am FAR from a serial refunder, even when I would have been justified to get a refund in the past, but my 2010 mood is that if you get me hyped about something you better deliver or I'm out the door.

I hope there are pdfs in there cause I dislike listening to tons of videos personally. So in essence, I'll probably get it later today unless I find reasons to
change my mind.

Hey guys, I'm one of the creators of Traffic Siphon and
pretty active here on the Warrior Forum. (long time
member!)

I'd be happy to answer any questions that any of you
have about Traffic Siphon.

Awhile ago before we went live, we ran a wso to get
some beta testers in to make sure everything was
running smoothly.

Here's a few testimonials that other Warriors posted
who got Traffic Siphon:

spent some time, and it shows!

thanks for a great offer.

This has been a great week here for WSOs...and it's only Wednesday!!

And thanks for your help - we had a little glitch at registration but it was resolved quickly!

Thanks - this is a real WSO!

I have lot of work to cover for couple of days.

Since I have been in the IM/Affiliate business for over 6 years, I rarely buy any IM info products, since I am fairly knowledgeable in most aspects of it. Your sales page did get me to buy and I am glad I did. People need to realize that they need to diversify their links and look towards a long term approach and not some fast link building scheme.

While some of the videos and techniques I am familiar with, there are 1-2 alone that are worth the price, let alone all 19.

I have 8 more to go and then I plan on setting up a spreadsheet to consistently track some of the link building methods you mentioned and do these every week.

I see you are from the Houston area too, keep up the great work!

Not so with Traffic Siphon.

I must admit, the ad engaged me, drew me in and when I saw the price I thought, "It's only $27, and maybe I'll find a few useful pieces of information."

After viewing, all I can say is "Wow!" (Well, actually I can say more...)

I'm torn between saying run, don't walk, and get this great WSO. The videos are very professionally done and pack a lot of information. The videos range from about 5 minutes to about 30 minutes, depending on the topic. But in each video I found at least one nugget of good information, and in some videos I found a lot!

On the other hand, I want to say don't bother with getting this, just so I can keep the information to myself! It's powerful stuff, folks.

Who would this be best for? Maybe not for absolute newbies who haven't built a website or blog yet. But for anyone who has built a blog or website and wants to know how to get good, quality traffic to it -- perfect.

I've been around the block a few times (so to speak) when it comes to internet marketing, but almost every video gave me an eye-opener. Sure, quite a bit of the information is fairly well-known but there are tweaks here and there that take the methods one step beyond. And there were some techniques that were completely new to me.

And while there isn't an accompanying pdf to go with the videos, the most important points of the information in each video is listed right below the video, and you can easily copy and paste.

It's worth much, much more than the special price for us Warriors. Get it before it goes public.

(And yes, I'd love to be a beta tester when the time comes.)

Gail
Note, the WSO is over and we're not able to offer the WSO pricing
any longer.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks!
Rob

The Traffic Siphon course does include a lot of written material.

In fact, for each video there's written materials explaining
everything I go over in the videos.

Hey, dude, read the post above this one all right?

Some video courses are exclusively video. This one has written content from the videos, which I prefer - and that's what I wanted to know. Easier to go back to, less notes to take, more quick to read and focus on some main point.

I just looked at the WSO thread. It hurts to miss opportunities snif.

OK so we won't get WSO price. As fellow War Room member, can we get to be beta testers for the softwares though ?

We haven't leaked this information out to any of
our customers yet, but I'll let everyone know here
that we'll be uploading additional unadvertised
bonus videos over the next few days.

We also have a team member going through all
of the written material and creating PDF's along
with screenshots where/when needed to explain
the methods in more detail.

So the Traffic Siphon course is growing by the
day... and we'll begin to upload some of the
new content on Thursday. All member levels
will have access to the new content for free.

Any questions guys, let me know.

Thanks.

Ah, sorry. WSO's have gotten so crazy lately. I bumped it
several times and it was off the first page sometimes in just
a few hours. It's not like the old days - that for sure. It's
easy to miss WSO's that you would have jumped on. I've
missed many myself.

As far as the software - we're already live, so the software
is out of beta, I'm sorry.

However, I can do this for you guys... You'll need to hurry
because we're getting ready to remove all of this free
content (including videos). Go to:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(I didn't want to link it here)

You'll find several videos, a ton of content, as well as
a 2 hour audio I did - talking about some of the Traffic
Siphon methods.

Come to think of it - I had posted the link above - but
instead I'm going to post it in the War Room right now
to give back there.

As I could use more Traffic and I got a bonus from buying through someone's affiliate link, I bought in.

I don't mind upsells that much, but come on, if I buy a 19 video course for Traffic, I don't want to be told I need to buy other stuff to know how to drive some! It's almost insulting. A software, an automation tool OK. But other traffic tips?

What, you don't like being told you have to buy this other product to learn how to do what the original product you bought was supposed to show you? What's wrong with you? How could you not like that?

I believe Shawn Casey had it on his email list for $7. I saw the email and it said it ended friday night at midnight I am sorry to say. But, you may opt in his list and search for it. There 2 names it goes under with the same info, traffic pump and traffic siphon I think. The same e-cover was used for both. I have the book, and it seems good for 7 bucks, but not sure I would spend 77 on it.

Thanks for the tip, huckexp; I followed your advice and bought it for $7 from Shawn Casey. Looks to be good value. So, if anyone is considering buying Traffic Siphon, you might want to check your emails from SC last week, because I don't know how much longer this price will be available.

And thanks to all who have responded to this thread.

Guys

I may be wrong, but I think that you are confusing Google Traffic Pump with Traffic Siphon. Traffic Siphon has 19 videos (with PDF'S) showing some ingenious ways to get backlinks and increase traffic. I got it and it is seems to be something that will provide massive value long term.

Indeed! Those are two totally different products.

TrafficSiphon was $77 for 19 videos, PDF's, written
materials, and additional bonus videos that we
continue to add into the members area at no cost
for folks.

The Google Traffic Pump is a $7 ebook and not
related to Traffic Siphon in any way.

Glad we got that fixed, sorry if I messed anybody up. The exact same tagline was used on both e-covers and you know what mother of all f*ups is?...Assumption! It looked to be a re-built or re-released info book. I am glad we have all the main people of these programs for members on this forum here. The 7 dollar ebook has good ideas and was not a waste by any means. I have used it and will be keeping it handy and not on the back burner.
No disrespect was implied or intended for the man from Houston...he's from Texas..and he has guns..haha

Well, I benefitted from the confusion. I got the $7 Google Traffic Pump/Siphon by searching my Shawn Casey emails, based on the recommendation above. Then I went to the TrafficSiphon.com, and it appeared to not be the same product. I got Traffic Siphon, as well. I've only explored it a little bit so far, but it appears to be a good investment.

Oops, you're right, they ARE different indeed. And although I'm pleased with my purchase of Google Traffic Pump, I apologize to JonPorter and anyone else who might have bought it, instead of Traffic Siphon, based on my recommendation. (I should have known that $7 price was too good to be true...)

I would also like to apologize to Texas Guns for misrepresenting your product. I'm going to head over to the actual Traffic Siphon site now.

Great question. However, the course is about getting backlinks
to your websites. It's not a method to make money on it's own
(well, actually it can be and there is a bonus video about that),
but it's a great way to increase traffic to your website. (SEO,
direct traffic, etc.)

So if someone is selling a widget online, they get a ton more
backlinks, get found more in the SE's, then they'll make more
$$ if they have all the pieces together.

However, if you're just building traffic to your blog where you
talk about the growth of tomatoes in Maine during the summer
of 1984, and you do nothing to monetize your blog, then you'll
make $0.00.

Hope this helps!

Hmm... not sure why you haven't received it yet. I don't
want to use the WF for support issues, but here's what to
do...

Go to: Traffic Siphon - Why Fight To Build Traffic When You Can Easily Siphon It? and scroll down to the
bottom and click on "support". Abby will get back to you with
your username/pass. In the meantime, just be sure to check
your spam/junk folders as the email could have slid in there.

Thanks - also look forward to your review!

Please login and look again.

We've added transcripts to all of the videos.

So under the videos, you have:

1. Transcripts

2. Notes taken on the strategies with screenshots in a lot
of cases, and then put in a PDF.

So we've loaded this course up to include everything -
along with some additional bonus videos that have
been added.

We just opened the doors one last time.

Are both these Traphic Siphons just a coincidence of names or are they the same thing?

Traffic Siphon 1
Traffic Siphon 2

JoeFox.... Please contact support for your above question. We do
not offer support for Traffic Siphon on the Warrior Forum. But
yes, there is a PayPal option. In your email, please mention what
you said above so we can assure that the affiliate gets credit.

Ivelin2008... Two totally different products. We own TrafficSiphon.com
and our product, "Traffic Siphon" which has over 30 videos on backlinking.
The other link you provided is an ebook with the title, "Traffic Siphon"
which has nothing to do with our product. The author of that ebook
either saw our name, liked it, and decided to make it the title of the
ebook. Or, it's just purely coincidence. Either way, the two are VERY
different.

George Brown and Andrew X are releasing a product under the same name (per-launch 9/7). Is this the same product? Same domain URL! (Traffic Siphon).

Not sure what they will do with the product, but
I'm sure it'll be great quality and they'll add some
additional juice and rocket fuel to what was in the
original course.

This is getting confusing! Same name, but different product?

I just watched the pre-launch video and George Brown doesn't claim to be the owner of this product. Neither is Andrew Fox mentioned. The originator is some dude called Mark, who George interviews in the video.

Hey there, I would like you to answer my question.
Why the **** are you using the dumb "Only 250 copies go buy quick so I make more money faster" strategy? Is it really that hard to go into google and... google "traffic siphon review" and get like 100 pages of reviews? A super affiliate could probably sell 250 copies in a day, while I bet there are a "bit" more then 1 super-affiliate for this product. Why do you have to lie? When a sales letter lies in one thing that means that probably the rest is a lie aswell.
If Iam wrong - please tell me, but this seems like traditional guru sh*t just with a better-planned sale so that people will think that its really that awesome and there are only 250 copies - FAIL!

However, the course does look intriguing, but I've learned the value of running prospects past the Warrior Forum before making any purchases... So, anyone picked it up yet? If so, what do you think thus far? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
I have been checking out the prelaunch material and it does look interesting. It has been my experience with the creators both George Brown and Andrew X that their products are high quality and deliver the goods. I personally will be purchasing it and if time allows will come back here to this thread with a review.
Because of past products I would encourage anyone slightly interested to get this. I believe in these guys and who couldn't use more free traffic, right?

The traffic Siphon the George Brown is promoting with some underground clickbank super affiliate Mark Barnard just went live now.

I just bought it on a $1 trial for 5 days. If you click to leave the page you get the $1 offer. For this you get Traffic Siphon + limited free trial of Siphon X Underground cash series. I didnt get greeted with any upsells but the offer is automatically tied into future payments of $67!! I dont even know what the monthly payments are for yet, I assume the automated software?!

I cant tell you much else about whats on the inside as the link to the product itself is broken!! LOL! I have emailed support.

I bought this out of curiousity. I want to know if those secret loopholes really are 'secret loopholes' ! To be honest I think its just going to be another of those over hyped products of 2010. And the 250 copies only scarcity is likely a big lie as many internet gurus have been promoting the launch - sure to be sitting at no.1 on clickbank by the weekend.

If anyone is intersted in some feedback i'll post some more - once I get the correct link sent to me and get under the hood!

I also took the $1 trial for 5 days as I was just curious to see what it was all about. I figure I can cancel before being charged the $67.

I was hit with about 4 upsells. One was a special software that they plan on releasing in the next few months, another was landing page templates and then there were 1 or 2 more that I didn't even pay attention to.

My link to the product works fine. When I ordered it said there were only 78 copies left, so who knows? (I used the pre-launch link from George Brown so it hadn't even officially launced yet).

I plan going through the whole thing today and tomorrow as I don't want to have to pay the $67 if this isn't for me or is just a hype product.

More of the usual typical Internet marketing stealth upsells...
In the lengthy presentation with George and Mark Barnard there were some points covered of relevance with respect to the software sales and what you actually got
Q: George to Mark, " what does a person get?
A: Mark to George " Complete automation software.
Q: G to M " Are there any further investments?
A: M to G " No! He does mention membership but i could not see fro the demo that you would have to pay for a monthly membership of £31 and also there was an immediate upsell of $197 for the AUTOMATED soft ware, presumably to speed the process up.

Ha, ha I am glad i just sold my company and am not desperate for loot!
I feel sorry for the amount of people who have read this wrongly and perhaps could ill afford to get into more debt than they were expecting.

Have i missed something or, are is this observation correct?

bought it a short time ago, quick review, no pdf's, only about 5 video's, except for the introduction the videos don't play, instant traffic tool finds gov and edu sites but are all NO follow - looks worthless, seems to me that the basic product is "basic" and that all the "secrets" are in the upsells which I did not buy, looks like another refund candidate at this point!

I guess I'll have to wait a few days for them to fix their site so I can actually watch the videos!!

p.s. I emailed the support link with my issues, you get an email back telling you to file your message somewhere else, thats a cute way of reducing the support issues since I could not be bothered to do that

After reading all the way through this thread it sounds like this Mark guy and George bought this product and expanded on it? That would definitely go against what the sales page said that Mark found all these "loopholes" himself by experiment,

Anyways, I have gone through some of the videos and these "loopholes" aren't really loopholes. They are known sources for getting backlinks that have been talked about many times before. In fact, if you go look at some of the WSO's that are on sale right now, you will probably find several on them that deal with these "loopholes."

I'm completely done yet, but I have a feeling that I will be cancelling my $1 trial on this one.

I can't believe I got send to this from Tim (IM Advantage - Blueprint guys). This looks like probably an OK product, nothing new if you've been in IM a while, but the sales page is full of crap!

The usual "The Gurus have been lying" angle, the fake story to "connect" with a lot of us, and the fake scarcity (urrgh, talk about one of the cheapest, most obvious tactic here).

Things like this really make me hate the IM world sometimes.

Like Dominium says: why do you have to lie?

I'd like to provide a bit of enlightenment for everyone, however, it may make many very pissed. What has been done here with this launch is a bit unnerving, hopeful & joyous, disappointing and borderline unethical --all feelings at the same time. There are a lot of questions to ask, but I'll break it down like this.

Unnerving: Some people may already know, but this is the EXACT same product that was launched in January this year. Additionally, slight cop-off products were created to create PLR & Resell rights products based on the same name, particularly: Google Traffic Siphon ( a ton of people used this), and Get Traffic Siphon, PLR created by a well know info product created. Unnerving because, all that was done was a slap on some new graphics, no real evolution of the material.

Questions: How many people received the "Only 5 Spots Left" Trial? Even your "RECEIPT" says "only 5 spots left"
Can you say advertising fail? I have counted already 9 and growing who purchased the "Only 5 Spots Left" opportunity (you know what it was, I won't go into details on that.)

Hopeful & Joyous: This will most likely be a successful launch, with so many gurus promoting it given the commission schedule -as that's all they care about. But I say hopeful & joyous as I've already stated that this launched back in January by a group of 3 right here on the Warrior Forum, and it was deemed a successful "launch" then. This same product was also sold for $40,000 -the entire business. So it's a full circle exit strategy amongst the warriors who developed, launched & sold an online business.
It's was hopeful that the "new owners" would take it to the next level. New Graphics & a Favicon? I'm not sure that it has. But hopeful that revenues will be made, and hopefully people won't be disappointed as it "might" be knew to some. I predict a refund rate of 60% on this one. Why? Read further...

Disappointing: 250 Spots left and only 5 Trials. I counted 9 people already around this site that got the "only 5 trials" left. So many upsells & downsells that didn't offer anything different but a price switch. They talk about all these traffic sources, but never tell you how much time it actually takes. The guy Mark never really explains if he is doing the work, or if he has outsourcers doing the work.

Borderline Unethical
: At what point will we DEMAND transparency. They should have stated in a reasonable way that this product was already out there, it was sold and purchased, who the specific relationships & partnerships are (they kind of did this on the "last upsell"). There are so many hands in the cookie jar on this, I don't know what to believe.
Questions:
Why is there such a large difference in revenue with Marks accounts vs. the other CB accounts?
Were the revenues generated in 2009 based on the previous owners accounts or Marks?
Who's the actual owner of the product & site? Mark, George, Andrew X, Nitro Marketing?
Naming Conventions of the products that simply confuse people. What the hell is Siphon X Advanced Underground Cash Series? Is this the same as the automation software? Cause that's what people thought they purchased....oh well.
The picture of the car -- I don't believe the United States has license plates that look like that.

A lot more honesty & transparency would have gone a long way.
Overall, the setup is pretty clear, some nice videos, but this is old stuff from 9 months ago.

In regards to actual operations, I think it's lacking because if based on what we may think that MARK, as the product owner implements a specific operation, what is HIS specific methods, and what specific example can he point too? This is the conundrum.

So the more I get into this product, the more it bothers me. I decided to click back on the sales page and it still says 78 copies are left, so they haven't sold any more copies in the past 2 or 3 hours since I ordered? There goes the whole scarcity tactic that they are really only selling 250 copies.

I have already canceled my subscription and glad I only paid the $1. It's not worth the $67. As I said, look in the WSO section and you can find the same stuff for about $7 and probably much more detailed. There is no way that Mark (if there really is a Mark) made all that money himself. He either has a heafty staff of people working for him or he spends a lot of money on outsourcing.

My recommendations is to stay far away from this product!

It IS a graphic Tiffany. Not a script. So it will never change.
