I would give it a go. But I would strongly recommend that you do some ad rotating. If you have had the same ad on your site for more then a week, then the CTR normally get's a bit low. One week, then change, that's my rule. I don't know if amazon has some automated ad change built in. But they hadn't the last time I checked.
