  Honestly, just browse around. I get so many PLR Products just from signing up to lists, attending free webinars, browsing forums etc...

You want to watch out when it comes to PLR. Not all of it is worth your money, even if you get a 1,000,000 pack for a dollar, it wouldn't be worth it.

There are good PLR writers out there though. I like http://purchaseplr.com and PLR Articles By Tiffany Dow: quite a bit. Good quality stuff.

If you want PLR products for a low price, then a PLR and Resell Rights membership is probably a good place to start looking.

Resell-rights-weekly.com is a solid PLR and Resell Rights membership that has a range of PLR products covering a wide range of niches.

If you're specifically looking for high PLR content, then you could try PLR content providers that sell limited quantity PLR content, for example:

I usually avoid cheap PLR because people can easily get it and the quality is not as good as the more expensive one.

Also, buy PLR that has limited quantity to it.

Exactly my point, cheap PLR is what you should avoid if you want to get actually useful and quality content... At least that's my experience... I mean, just think about it: if it cost $5 (for example), how good it can be? Or how many other people will use the same content?

There are hundreds of websites with high quality PLR packages, use the search function and find threads asking similar questions, with hundreds of answers.

I know you said besides, but... The WF is great for PLR, I sold PLR to my email marketing course in my sig and it sold really well. (This is not advertising) Just stating that some of the best PLR comes from the WF.

They usually edit the a little - they aren't 100% unique, but with a few simple changes they are pretty close.

As I see, most of PLR products, I mean articles, are not worth.
A lot of PLR providers provide materials that are not PLR (for example, they are grabbing articles from EzineArticles)

Most cookie-cutter PLR products are pretty crap.

What I like to do is approach digital product vendors and negotiate a licensing fee and most of the time they'll do it for peanuts as there's no cost to them.

Once in a while you'll find people licensing their products along with their sales materials when they have no use for them - there's a muscle building and weight loss offer by Shaun Lebraun on the forum that I've bought and enjoyed.
