Has anyone purchased or tried out the Best Spinner:

The Best Spinner

I saw it today on another forum being mentioned as something definitely worth having and thought I would check with WF members first

The price looks pretty good and from the video it looks great but anyone had any experience?

    Been using it since it opened for beta (a few months)

    The theasaurus is update constantly 24/7 and buy each and every single one of it's users so is ever improving.

    You average about a 50 to 60% unqiueness level if you spend around 20 minutes on the article... spend more and choose more synomyns to change and you get it even more unique.

    Highly reccomended!

    I previously used Jetspinner, and have just recently (3 hours ago) been converted to The Best Spinner - the difference is VAST - the thesaurus on Jetspinner isn't worth using (it may be in it's infancy and might get better), but the one of The Best Spinner is {amazing|fantastic|profound|groundbreaking|the best I've ever seen}

      Yeah i think most people use to use Jetspinner but by the look of things you have certainly been using the best spinner to its fullest (even if it is only in this post ha ha).

    I got tired of The Best Spinner. It was great when it first came out, then they made it desktop instead of web based (which was great) and the thesaurus has just become too much anymore and you end up scanning through tons of words & phrases that don't fit well (if you're as picky about your spins as me particularly) and they are now charging yearly for it too...over it.

    Back to Jet Spinner which has added some new features (including a user thesaurus which I hope doesn't end up like the Best Spinners). Also love Magic Article Rewriter. I'd go with it over Best Spinner now...my thoughts were way diff when it first came out and there's only a 1 time fee for it.

    My 2 cents.

    I got tired of The Best Spinner. It was great when it first came out, then they made it desktop instead of web based (which was great) and the thesaurus has just become too much anymore and you end up scanning through tons of words & phrases that don't fit well (if you're as picky about your spins as me particularly) and they are now charging yearly for it too...over it.
    The excessive/unrelated synonyms have been seriously cleaned up in an update I did before moving the database to its own server. I HIGHLY suggest you take another look, as it's vastly improved over what was already a great thesaurus.

      I just purchased to do some spinning for several clients I and I like it. It is easy to use. I do have a problem with the annual fee but I went ahead and decided to try it for a year.

      I do most of me rewriting for clients manually but a few want articles for spinning so it works.

    Yes this thing is a great rewritter, if IF IF he ads a one button spin even BETTER, I have magic , and like jetspinner they are trying to catch up.

      There is an option inside to remove them manually if you notice annoying ones popping up before an update and you just can't handle it anymore!

      Jon with the updates function it would be much better if you didn't have to re-download the new file everytime. Intergating an update button in the program would be much easier.

    I've just done a review of it. It lives up to it's name, in my opinion. Very easy to use, very good thesaurus.

    Of course, as with any spinner, you can still totally butcher your articles, if you don't use it wisely. But if you use it well, I doubt there's a better option available.

    Hi guys, Jonathan, good to know you're a member here.

    I know this is an old thread but it's related to my question. The Thesaurus. I know it doesn't support Portuguese (at least not natively from what I can tell), but is it easy for me to go adding my synonyms?

    Anyone using it in different languages outside the usual suspects: English/Spanish/German...???

    Is it easy for us to go on filling the synonyms?

    Any personal reviews?

      The Best Spinner has been a big help to me. I can write one article and spin several to submit to a variety of web 2.0 sites to create back links quickly. I highly recommend it as it is a tremendous time saver.

    Well,

    Decided to ask for feedback on John's support about The Best Spinner and here's what I got:

    - There is NO way for me to use the software cause it does not support Portuguese. And I can't even add my own PT Thesaurus into the system (Huh??).

    So:

    Almost 200 Million Portuguese speakers around he world, a growing community of developers and IM'ers, yet The Best Spinner does not allow Portuguese into it.

    Arrrggg!!!!

    It seems kind of weird the software doesn't allow simple adding of another language (really weird???) so I have to choose another one. Any idea of a good spinner with PT language or the ability to add my own thesaurus?

    The Best Spinner is definitively some good piece of software...

    But its language support really sucks big time!!!

    I won't buy it unless they add at least the capability to add your own language thesauri.

    Most of my work is related to English - for which TBS is great. But its German thesaurus is way to small, so i had to buy another (German) spinner.

    And as for Portuguese there is no way to use this software and no alternative i know of. I would need this as well quite soon - and i hope someone will see this growing demand.

    Support just told me yesterday that the next official version to be released soon will remove all languages except English! So TBS will be working for only one language in the future.

    I can not see why the developers of this software should exclude so many potential buyers... It should not be that difficult to implement at least the capability to add your own thesauri files.

    TBS is loosing ground here, instead of consolidating its leading position in the market. Unbelievable...

    Since The google panda update, I regularly use this to spin my articles to prevent my site to be penalized by google.
