Man, it seems most of your posts are in this thread. I am not a fan of these guys but damn dude, give them some time to issue refunds. If you are expecting a refund the same day you ask then you are not going to get it. That is reality and try that with some purchases from major retail stores. The last time I needed to get a refund from Dell they told me they have 30 days to refund. All it seems you are doing is trying to stir up a hornets nest. We all get it. You don't like the product. You don't need to continue posting in this thread. We all know how you feel about the product and the people involved. | |

| Hi everybody. I have been following the discussions regarding SS Pro with quite some interest concerning inherent failure with the product, lack of contact from the vendor also with inability to refund on a faulty product. To digress, I had a situation with a company selling a service for a bucket load of money in 2009..which I was suckered into. The company was based in the good old U.S of A. I tried unsuccessfully on a number of occassions to obtain a refund. Finally, I took the step of asking for a chargeback though my CC provider & took it one step further. I lodged a complaint with the Dept of Consumer Affairs in the state the company was based in. It took four months, but I got my money back (I'm in Australia). So the moral of the story would possibly be, if you have a bonafide issue & feel you deserve a refund, then explore ALL the options available to you. I don't know of any IM company that likes going up against Consumer Affairs (Consumer Affairs are intolerant of scams). It's fair enough to give an unbiased opinion on a product to warn other potential purchasers not to buy, but berating, slamming the product or vendors benefits no-one especially when time could have been spent more productively in finding the correct channels through which a complaint could be lodged and also have a refund by now... the more channels you can find the stronger your case for a relatively fast refund will be |

This thread is just going around in circles. I'm fed up with deleting so many posts that break the forum rules.
