Has anyone tested Software Submitter Pro? Curious to know what other people's thoughts are on this product. There is no real proof of results on the sales page. Only picture that can be easily manipulated. Any info? |

I would also like to know some more about this. But it looks like its just about giving away free software and submitting it to software directories, if so well then it works but its not secret. |

Do not waste your time with this. These type of programs will only get your site and e-mail black listed by the search engines and then you are in big trouble with regards to your business.

I agree. You can get banned. There are some programs out there helping people with legit software post them to PAD sites. In the sales copy it refers to separating your software from the spammy bits of non-programs out there. Now, SSP says it has legal ways of getting around that. and that you can game the warez sites. So if that's there and worth $50 to you... But, lol, I wouldn't be putting some postive thinking thing from Joe Vitale on a warez site. I also notice someone is offering a lot of newbie tech short vids as bonuses. Looks useful for, say-- edit your download page; how to set up your autoresponder on your site, etc. I have no relationship to this person. But, I've noticed when you see a solid bonus offered with a low cost product, it often means the base product is not as useful as it first looks. And a good affiliate will give you something solid and useful to keep down his bouncebacks. On software submission itself-- most submitters will submit to dozens. Why to only 20? are those the 20 w/ low barriers to posting? It really pays to get the basic guide to IM offered here on the Warrior Forum, and/or something like Ed Dale's 30 day challenge-- all free, esp if you ignore the porduct placements you dont' need; it gives you a critical basis with which to judge these offers. Adeel is well known. Your refund request would be honored. But you have to know if the info is beyond the basics. My strategy is also to get into a good coaching pgm (at say 30-50/mo not the spa vacation priced ones), at least for a month or two, to get the real scoop on an area. And also to find out what the top blogs are in the area. good luck |

I have not found one positive thing about their program. Their sales page is a nightmare to exit from. Whenever I go to any sales page and they have the "Hey Wait BS pop up" I make the decision to never buy from that person. These pop ups are getting more and more aggravating. Mo |

I like the idea behind this software but havent used it though! But I do software submission occasionally and based on my experience you will get much much better results when submitting "Real Software" compared to Toolbars, Screensaver etc and you need a HUGE LIST to submit to - 20 or 100 simply wont cut it! |

Good to know, I would also believe that there is much work that needs to be put into this. Nothing for me then, maybe somebody else that will buy it will share their experience later. |

Wow...so if I use this software for my competition they will get banned? That's great...if using the software will get your site banned then why not just use it to nuke your competition? Let me first say this...backlinks are not supposed to be under your control...you cannot be penalized for who backlinks to you...only the other way around...why? If that were true that you would be de-indexed for using automated software then SEO and building backlinks would not be the name of the game for holding down the number one spot....if all I had to do is enter my competitions url and hit a single button and poof they were de-indexed then the named of the game would be about how fast you could nuke your competition and the search engines would be joke....I WILL say that Google will see those backlinks as having a lesser value due to it's spamming nature so in the long run you won't get full credit for those links....but a site will NEVER again NEVER be penalized for backlinks.....that's the basics |

Truth be told, I was interested by the concept as I was briefly touching on software submissions for SEO. And ironically, I was actually intrigued by the bonuses. An 'instant' ebook cover, a audio creator(?) and I can't rmb what's the last one. Those were softwares that were catering to what I wanted, provided they delivered. What really turned me off was the exit pop ups. If I'm not wrong, there were FIVE exit pop ups. That shows you how desperate it is to get sales. One of the exit page was in fact a clickbank sales page! Seriously? For real? And what's with the chick in the sandwich to try to get people on your list? That just shows how desperate for sales the creator wants, and that reflects on the quality of the product to a certain extent. Or at least its' reputation. If you software can really get your ultra big no. of subscribers, maybe you won't get so desperate to do that. Or MAYBE, the FIVE pop ups are the real strategy to getting a huge list of subscribers. |

The bonuses seem to be more valuable than the main product. The exit pop-ups x 5 times are a pain in the @#*() ... I won't buy from those types.

I bought it already but can't really figure out the concept behind it? You upload an exe file but it doesn't really say what I upload it under? If this is really nothing that I am uploading then will people not be upset when they download it? Also...when I upload it could I just not claim it is anything? Forum poster or website creator...is this the concept? They will not return my emails |

The concept is simple and the tools provided are good, about the amount of traffic... mmmm... the results may vary depending of the offer you put. The software submitter, is a nice piece of software, help you create your pad file and submitting to many software directories, the best part that I found about this software is that you need to fill a matrix form and they automatically fill your registration in to the submition sites. The videos are ok for newbies, if you are already familiar with the software submition to generate traffic, this tool will help you a lot. |

LISTEN UP EVERYBODY Interested in Software Submitter Pro. I OWN THE PRODUCT. I HIGHEST Advice...DO NOT BUY IT AT ALL!!!! The software DOES NOT work like advertised! Most all of the subs fail...like 90% of them. Also, there has to be more "training" ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE the software for TARGETED results. This is not included. Know any experienced internet marketer can take an intelligent guess at how to maximize targeted traffic out of this SUPPOSED traffic method. However, without truly knowing if it works or not...you will end up wasting your time figuring it out. Note - The "HELL" that you go through to nav from the page, should give you an idea of their #1 intent...TO MAKE SALES. Some of you may think...yeah of course. However, a Internet Marketer who has true honest intentions...leads with REAL VALUE. And WILL NOT make you experience of visiting their page such a bad one. To me, this is a clear "ONE SHOT SALE," or "EITHER BUY or GET OFF MY PAGE" attitude. Think about it! Another thing to note, is that there are NO REAL "PROOF" testimonals on the page. The Ecover offered is NOT the product. It is some other product ...they do not mention. It is USELESS! When I emailed Bobby at the email which he gives in the video, about the Ecover product error, I got no response at all. The worse thing is that I am having to contact the first payment processor that they were using before they started to use clickbank...paypal, and my credit card company to get my refund, because they WILL NOT reply. I seen this kind of action in the Mortgage Business...I don't understand it for the life of me...how someone can take such a careless approach to such an lucretive opportunity as affiliate marketing. Success is ALL ABOUT SERVICING PEOPLE ON A MASSIVE SCALE OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH OUT END. I am not trying to be mean...however, I don't want to see any of you make the same mistake that I made. There are some WORLD CLASS affiliate marketers who produce WORLD CLASS products... this product IS NOT WORTH 2 seconds on the sale page. I am a TRUE REL LIFE owner of the product who used it several times...DON'T BUY IT! |

| Your first post and its to slam a product, I have a hard time with that buts its just me. I have also purchased the product and when I first got it my first thought was "What did I get myself into?" However, after following the instructions and setting everything up I didn't have any problems. Its a basic program though for autosubmissions in the end and you can find something similar for free if you look hard enough.

Thanks Guys, I was about to be SNOS'd again with that awesome tool, but I didn't know what the download sites were where you were to "load" it to. So I figured I'd have to learn a whole bunch of new stuff & take me further away from what I was trying to accomplish...that was to learn how to find really targeted traffic in future for my new site I'm building, on which I wanted fair dinkum people who were genuinely interested in my product under construction. Upon exiting, I couldn't! I felt violated, my trust in them to treat me in a professional manner was shot to pieces. I was almost in tears, trying to "escape" It was an awful moment & one I vowed I'd never subject my subscribers to, ever. One exit pop is OK, as long as there's a genuine offer on it...but I was really scared on their one, I can tell you! 5 times trying to escape... No offense to the boys, they are obviously very talented kids & they maybe testing some new strategies...if so...I didn't like it! Thanks everyone for this info. I appreciate it very much. Kindest Regards, Poppie/Mary |

I had diffculity with the HTML to EXE app which I solved but only by using another (paid) product. Also, the upload fails to about 40% of the directories. The support was not helpful at all. The product is pretty useless. I have requested a refund and had many promises over a month now, but no refund yet! I have lodged a dispute & claim with Paypal so hopefully that will help. This is my second purchase from these guys. The first was almost as bad - so I have learnt now - stay away from their stuff! |

I only see that one person in this thread got a refund. The others did not. I have asked for a refund as well and emailed them 3 or 4 times and have not gotten mine yet either. It's funny how they makes hundreds of thousands of dollars maybe even millions but can't even refund a $47 product. I feel so scammed. I guess I'll have to go to Paypal and file a dispute which I didn't want to do. This is ridiculous.

I never filed that paypal dispute, I figured I would be more patient. But good thing is, they emailed me this morning and said that they had just been swamped with emails and didn't get a chance to reply back and they'll get the refund processed for me.

I went straight to paypal. After not hearing anything back from them about the virus issue. I got my paypal refund in 12 hrs. They do honor the refunds. but I was disapointed to find out straight from Bobby that he was AWARE of the problem, and still willing to sweep it under the rug, keep selling, and just give the refunds AFTER people find out. If he didn't give the refunds they would shut him down completely, so I'm pretty sure they're doing it for their own benifit. After trying to get help from Bobby, and instead getting a reply email that was full of bragging about how he's still pulling $2,000 per day off his site, I knew I didn't want to do any future business with them, and went straight to paypal. I would always recommend going to paypal first if you are dealing with some one that doesn't reply to emails. If they don't answer fast with emails, they likely won't be fast with your refund either. I got mine in 12 hrs. because they KNOW they have to keep ontop of the paypal refunds and clickbank refunds as # 1. to keep themselves in business. Anyone just politely asking them directly for a refund will be on the waiting list. cheers Jeff |

I was thinking more along the lines of something to do with weight loss, or internet marketing, but they say nothing about the sites that they upload to. From what I saw briefly, something on weight loss or internet marketing would not get downloaded at all on those sites. If I want to start building a list I'd rather not base it around anti-virus software. | |

I also have received a few false promises, but only after much chasing. I still haven't got my refund its been almost 2 months since my initial request. I have to say I will never buy from these guys again and I recommend the same to everyone - stay away. Crap products, no support and no refunds ( it seems)

hey Richard. sorry to hear about your hassel man. If you bought with paypal go through a dispute with them. you will get your refund much faster. Paypal will get it for you. Clickbank is pretty good too. Go to those guys for your refund. You'll get it from them for sure. If you paid with a credit card you still likely paid through clickbank. They have excellent customer service and are fast with refunds. depending on these guys to just give you the refund puts you on the waiting list. paypal or clickbank refunds are taken more seriously. cheers Jeff Noyes |

what ? are you serious ? they declined it ?!! with all the people getting refunds and complaining about this darn software ? this is unbelievable ! I'm not sure what to tell you, because I think once a disputes been closed you cannot re-open it with paypal. did they give you a reason for the decline ? I will tell you that my " reasons for asking for refund " were pretty stern. I mentioned the fact that the software was detected as a virus and unusable, and I mentioned that I had emails them 11 times over 9 days without any replies. I also mentioned that my clients were complaining about these same issues. I woke up the next morning and my refund was already waiting for me. Crazy they would decline you. Maybe you didn't sound pissed off enough ! lol. If you paid with a credit card through paypal, you can always go straight to your CC provider ( visa, mastercard etc. ) and do a chargeback. Tell them the truth about the software being detected as a virus, and that they have not replied to your emails or refund request. Visa will take it from there. If you paid with paypal directly, you STILL likely went through clickbank. So, I would head over to clickbank and ask for a refund, and give those same reasons to them. They should help you out. If all else fails do what I did to get Bobby's attention. send him 10 emails in one day all with the same subject line " ################## BOBBY READ THIS ! ################# " then don't ask for a refund... you already did that. DEMAND ONE. say, "bobby, I'm very dissapointed as this software gets detected as a virus and you have not replied to my dozens of emails. you are forcing me to consider taking further legal action. Please send my refund right NOW to my paypal address _________ so we can be done with this, and I will not have to persue you. " that's about all your options right there. let me know how you make out. cheers Jeff Noyes |

I can't believe paypal would deny ANYONE a refund on SS Pro at this point ! they must see the track record, nothing but refunds ! I'm really sorry to hear you got ripped man. I doubt you're alone. If I were you I would send Bobby and Adeel about 25 copy and pasted emails with big letters in the subject. ################## BOBBY READ THIS ############### that should get his attention. if not, then he is purposely ignoring you, and that sucks. At least we all know who not to buy software from now. ![]() email me, I'll give you something cool that will make this suck less for you. ; ) cheers Jeff Noyes |

Paypal denied my refund claim too. But I didn't put anything about the virus bit. Maybe that's why. Either way, before I even went to Paypal, Bobby and Adeel's customer support person "Cathy" FINALLY emailed me and said they were busy blah blah blah and said they would process my refund. This was March 26, 10 days ago and NO refund. They're members of this forum so I know they're reading this. I wish they would respond and possibly defend their product and their customer support but what does that tell you...

I'm sorry to hear you guys are having trouble getting refunds. You would think by now paypal would KNOW there is a problem and just automatically issue refunds. Also, I escalated my dispute to a claim immediately. That might make a difference. I can't believe paypal would deny you guys. Crazy. Hope you have a streak of good luck to make up for it. ; ) Jeff |

Hi, I had purhcased Software Submitter Pro though Clickbank. The software does not work to its hype. 80% of the site submissions FAIL! Sent email to support and there is NO RESPONSE. As with Mass Article Submitter (60% of site submission FAIL), the creators of these software are just out for a quick buck with all the hype around their products. THEY DO NOT ANSWER SUPPORT EMAILS WHEN PRODUCTS DON"T WORK. In my research, I came across PADBot I had not used this software yet BUT in my experiences with INCANSOFT's other products, they work! And they have a prompt email support. |

I bought the product, I tried using it but had problems with false virus alerts from my antivirus. When they finally fixed it like 3 weeks later, I tried to use it but then I had lots of questions on how this was going to work. They didn't really have a manual or video on how this was actually going to get me traffic, just a tutorial on how to use the software. All in all, I haven't used it yet and based on these comments it's probably a good idea I don't even try. I should have gotten a refund but i bought it during the time they were using PayDotCom... Which in my case, I really didn't know how to get a refund from, I kept looking for some kind of technical support like Clickbank where I can get a guaranteed refund, but PayDotCom's a lot different, so I gave up...lazy me. |

hey Juniorbiz, paydotcom is great, but they don't collect money. they use paypal. so, go to paypal, open a dispute, and immediately escalate it to a claim, be sure to mention the virus issue, and that you are not getting replies. also without being rude, state how " upset " you are, and you have read tons of reviews about this " virus " issue. that should work. it did for me. cheers Jeff Noyes |

| Hey guys, I was looking at Bobby & Adeels Software Submitter Pro, However, truth is... Im experienced enough to create my software. That said, I see everyone here is having a few dramas, with the System, as well as Customer Support. Rest Assured... I've just been in contact with Bobby regarding your issues, I've done some work with both guys, and BOTH guys are Genuinely Trying To Help You. From what Bobby is telling me, they've been absolutely SWAMPED with Support email requests... They're Both trying to get through all the support emails, along with 2 other customer support reps... Where I see they may be getting caught up, is, they're trying to help too many people on a one-to-one basis, tying up their time for others. I see alot of "Newbies" on this thread, with posts below 50 or so. Imagine creating your own product for a minute... You spend a lot of time, money and hard work on creating a fantastic product, not everything goes to plan and the next thing... You're getting swamped with email! What would you do? How would that make you feel? Stressed? Any warriors on the forum who've been around a bit, know that Bobby & Adeel, are a couple of great guys, that genuinely want to help people be successful online. I can only imagine your frustration right now, however, I honestly believe Bobby and Adeel will help you eventually... In fact, Bobbys just told me he may have a Special Free Offer they've spent over $3000 Dollars on for you guys, so keep an ear out. and in the mean time... They boyz have only just realized that some "newbies" are missing the fundamental basics of IM... and require More assistance than they first anticipated. Im sure they'll get around to everyone shortly. PLUS, I think I might be able to help out, with Step-By-Step... "Follow The Prompts" Style Tutorials (with their future products). Will see how we go... Wishing you the best in your IM Journey. - aj P.S. Some more "Older / Experienced" warriors who know Bobby & Adeel, might like to also comment on their positive experiences with the boyz... Great guys. |

I would agree partially. I do have several of my own products and I know how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong, and everyone is quick to jump on you because of some technical error. HOWEVER, that being said, I really don't think it's fair to call someone a " newbie " that doesn't know what he/she is talking about JUST because they have less then 50 post here in this forum. I myself am new to this forum, but that doesn't make me a newbie or suggest I don't know what I'm talking about. I can prove to anyone that my products are successful and I pull 50 leads a day on autopilot now, yet I have less then 50 posts in this forum because I just discovered it. So, suggesting that the people in here don't have a valid opinion, is a little "off" if you ask me. All these people TRIED desperately to get refunds, and customer service from SS Pro, and they didn't get it. Being upset over that is totally fair and does NOT suggest ANYTHING about the person being a " newbie " SS Pro has a serious problem that affects thousands of people, so obviously they are getting swamped with " customer service inquiries " but they are REFUSING people's request for refunds, and they are not answering emails. They have enough cash to PAY people to help them deal with the customer support issues. They have CHOSEN not to help these people. I hear what you're saying, and I always want to give the benifit of the doubt, but there are just too many people feeling ripped off, left out in the cold, and given NO HELP with this for me to believe that Adeel and Bobby are really doing everything they can to help people. I bought SS Pro because I BELIEVED everything you're saying about Bobby and Adeel, and WANTED to believe in their product, but it failed, and there are far too many signs for me that they are out for the cash. 1. the 5 super annoying pop ups on their site. 2. lack of ANY customer service. 3. refusing refunds for people that are stuck with the useless software. 4. bragging about pulling big bucks still while people like myself tried to warn them of the problem BEFORE it got out of hand. I'm sure you and some other people have had good experiences with them, and are quite possibly good friends with them, so I can see why you'd want to back them up. I would always back a friend that I KNEW for sure was a good person trying to help. However please keep in mind that none of the people in here know these guys. they only know the facts. they've been ripped off, and get no replies from the SS Pro customer support team. end of story. There are other software solutions that are better then SS Pro anyways, so I think a lot of people have picked up on that fact now. Obviously this is a heated discussion, between people that have been ripped off, and people that are personal friends with Bobby and Adeel, and the war will probably never end. So, I'm done talking about it. I think everyone knows what's what and if Bobby and Adeel want to spend some of those big bucks PROVING to the world for the next few years that they really are good guys out here to help others, and they are truly not out to just " take the money and run " then that's great. I look forward to seeing their campaigns. cheers Jeff Noyes |

My suggestion for Bobby and Adeel would be to show their face ! ![]() They should take the time to stop into a few forums including this one and TALK TO PEOPLE and HELP people. Showing their faces in here and helping people would show the rest of the world that they're trying, and not hiding ! We can all get along, but Bobby and Adeel have to make the steps not the warriors and other forum folk. Bobby and Adeel have to come here, to this post, and start telling people what THEY are going to do to correct the issue, and HELP each person that got stuck with the problem and no refund. I know that's what would impress me..... what about you warriors ? anyone else agree ? |

Hang on a minute Jeff... To begin with, my reply was talking about forum newbies with 50 posts or less, who may not know Bobby & Adeel... Then I go further to say, (as Bobby told me directly), he did not anticipate that so many "IM Newbies" were missing the fundamental basics of internet marketing. Im not suggesting in any way that, just because you have 50 posts or less in this forum, you're anything less as a marketer. That's insane. It seems you may have taken my post the wrong way, and carried it on through your frustrated post. Everyone here has their right to express their opinions in this forum... but not in a "name bashing" manor... and that is what Im referring too. Feel free the read the forum rules anytime you like. |

hey Aj, well I do have less then 50 posts in this forum, (49 now ! ) so I'm not sure what you mean. When you were talking directly about people being newbie's and " not getting it " because they have less then 50 posts, that includes a lot of people that simply might be new to the forum, but " get " IM just fine. " Getting IM " has nothing to do with SS Pro popping out virus software, and people's reaction to it. Some people came to this forum JUST to read about SS Pro because they were having problems with it. I was just simply disagreeing that's all. Furthermore, what about us affiliates that actually sold SS Pro and had to deal with the problems ? I can't speak for everyone but I was not thrilled about spending MY hard work, effort and time making Videos, blogs, articles, bonus page offers etc. for NOTHING. Not only that, but because of their NON EXISTING customer service, where do you think the pissed off people turn to next ? that's right.... the guy who suggested t he software to them in the firstplace. I got THREATENING PHONE CALLS, emails with nasty words, accusations of being in bed with crooks, and got called a THEIF and a HACKER by some un-educated folks because of SS PRO. Also, I got more then one complaint about my software uploads being " viruses " when they were fine days before. I even got blacklisted from one upload site because of SS PRO ! So yea, I'm more then ticked off. This hurt my rep, cost me HUGE time and money, and in the end, I WAS the one left to do all the butt kissing to make up for it, NONE of my clients have heard from Bobby or Adeel. I HAD TO HELP THEM like I was some paid SS PRO customer service tech or something. It was rediculas. The worst part is no affiliate that had to deal with this even got paid. Again, you are obviously friends with them, so I can see your point, and I agree that the names should not be bashed in bold, but I also think Adeel and Bobby have had plenty of time to come here and a few other places, and show " good faith " by posting, and helping folks out. It really wouldn't be that hard for them, and would do wonders for their situation. I really would like to see them in here and a few other forums actually posting themselves, instead of everyone saying this and that. Where's Bobby and Adeel ? they should stop in and help people out. if this was my product, that's what I would do. Helping even just a few in places like this would show the rest of the world their good intensions. cheers Jeff Noyes |
