Default Client Reporting Tools?

Are there any [semi]automated client reporting / analysis tools out there that will format site information into a pdf to email clients?

Things like meta info, title tags, alexa ranks, backlinks, keyword reports, SE rankings on search engines, etc ...

It just seems wasteful of time to go out and get all the info by hand, or pull a handful of programs together to do it....

Hi Matt

Have you looked the various software supplied by Link-Assistant.com ?
Not sure about PDFs but it certainly produces reports containing the info you need and much more. Their Rank Tracker software might be what you're after.

All the best

Thanks for the link... I downloaded the demo, but it really only seems to do off-page analysis, and rank-checking... BTW it does export to PDF and can be emailed to clients directly .... so I like the direction that it's going, but there aren't any on-page SEO (broken links, title dups, external links, keyword checking, meta information, loading times, crawling problems, robots info, etc). Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting to find all of these things in one report but as many as possible for a client report that can track progress over time.

If there aren't any tools like this, what are people sending out to clients, and how often are they being sent out?

Thanks

Matt

OK I found what I need... sort of ... there are several 'tools' out there that have reporting as a side, but really they are designed to make SEO easier by checking links, rank, on-page & off-page factors.... I guess I can live with that, but I really just wanted a great client reporting tool... clients love fancy reports, especially when they're paying out $25,000 each month... they kinda want to know what's going on

Is there anyone out there that has similar needs...... for a client reporting tool?

What kind of tools are most useful- desktop apps, or online reports (with client data on it)?
