Alternatives to Clickbank

Nothing wrong with ClickBank, but the competition for products is high.
Are there any other affiliate network that it is permissible to link the example directly from the article directory or PPC network to product without its own landing page?

Yes, I know that some article directory or PPC network does not accept direct affiliate link, what I mean that it is not easy to find low competition keywords for Clickbank products.
So therefore, I wonder if anyone knows about other affiliate networks that accepts direct link to products without landing page?

I agree with Alexa but if you are just looking for another affiliate network I suggest ShareASale - way better than clickbank.

But again as Alexa pointed out it is the article directory you are posting that article on and not the affiliate network.

Of course, it has nothing to do with Clickbank, but it does offer the advantage of providing a large pool of affiliates for merchants using Rapid Action Profits to drive their product sales.

It's only a day old, and the last time I checked there were already 900+ sign ups.

Just like CB, affiliate sign up is free. Unlike CB, merchant sign up and product listing is also free!

There is a paid upgrade for merchants wanting to promote products from multiple domains, or if they just want an enhanced set of features for their product listings, but the additional features are well worth that extra fee, IMHO.

A marketplace like this is always of value to a merchant looking for affiliates to promote their product(s), and affiliates have made numerous requests here in the WF, for just such a site.

Both groups should be very happy with the services offered at RAP Bank (especially at this price). Merchants who haven't yet done affiliate recruitment will have an affiliate pool to draw from. Affiliates will be able to find instant commission products to promote, get their affiliate link, and view their results in one, central site.

It's a very useful advertising venue and a great service for merchants and affiliates alike.

These are all very good examples of well thought out answers, I am impressed with each one.

The initial thread makes me beg the question, what are you using to get your keywords?

High volume, low competition keywords and the density that you can incorporate them into the web pages or article you may use to drive traffic makes quite a bit of difference.

Having been around the block with quite a few sources of Keywords I double check all results.

Granted I use a program that I purchasd but I always follow up with a physical search, the adwords traffic tool, the free keyword tool and what ever needs to be explored.

It takes time and patience I'll give you that, but if you take that time the results are like a well laid foundation thats one on the Key things you need to do.

Thanks for looking here and I really hope this gives you another idea to explore your options.

Does Share a Sale have digital ebooks and stuff too?

I just took a quick look at it and all I'm seeing are online stores and stuff similar to CJ.

What concerns me about Rapbank is that what I can find on there for $27 with a 50% commission, I can find on Clickbank at $17 for 75% commission. Or maybe its just the vendor that should concern me.......

Pricing and percentages are set by the vendors. These are products they've been selling on their own already. Now they have a place to list them and find affiliates. And, whereas you have to wait a couple weeks with CB to be paid (and wait until you have some # of credit card sales when you first start), all the vendors on RAP Bank are using Rapid Action Profits and therefore pay out instantly (in the case of a 50% commission, every other sale).

      Thanks, Jay.

Regarding affiliate tools, if you mean for RAP Bank itself, we have a page of promotional materials, including a couple emails with sample subject line options, several tweets, banners, custom RSS feeds, your own vendor page (if you're an upgraded member listing products), and the ability to link to any page, category, or search result you want, all while dropping your cookie and cleaning up the URL displayed in the browser (no ugly ?hop at the end).

If you mean for individual vendor products, we provide *multiple* ways of creating "go" links for any of them. Especially cool is the ability to use a fake, SEO-rich page name at the end.

We're always open to suggestions though and have a contact-us page, a helpdesk, and will be opening up additional channels of communications for VendorPlus members as well.

As Erin said, there is a pretty good affiliate tools page there for promoting RAP Bank, itself - but it would be next to impossible for them to give you promotional tools that are specific to each individual product.

For that (just as with Clickbank), you'll get better results by going a step further. Use RAP Bank to find the instant commission products you want to promote, and then go the the actual vendor's site to see if they offer product specific promotional graphics, emails, etc.

With RAP, we make it easy for them to do so - but each merchant decides for themselves just how much effort they want to devote to the creation of advertising materials.
