Does anyone have any insight into Overflow Cafe?

I found them via a banner ad on ebay.

They offer SEO service for $29/mo which seems hard to believe. They claim to be around since 1995, yet the domain was registered in 2008.

I searched around for them and did not find much information, neither good or bad.

They've had a youtube video online since November:

According to this page they acquired BOI Networks in 2008:

So perhaps they existed under some other name prior to 2008, which would be a reason for the recent domain name.

But there seems to be zero evidence that BOI Networks ever existed!

They have a listing on Affiliate Scout, but I could not find their affiliate program anywhere:

My impression is that perhaps it's a one-man operation putting up a facade. But I hate to jump to conclusions.
