I'm a Clickbank Vendor... Which PHP script?

I use DLGuard to handle most aspects of product delivery/protection and member management. It does send out notifications and welcome emails to the users too and is a hosted solution with no monthly fee + the support is great!

You can combine it with Aweber/Getresponse (it is integrated with both) to handle lists.
I use G Analytics to keep track of all the stats on visits and such...

Other than this, InfusionSoft offers most of what you mentioned if not all, but is a monthly fee.

I do have a copy of Easy Click Mate as well, but haven't tested it out quite yet and I believe it only offers download protection and delivery (could be wrong).

* Creating a product sales page

Fusion HQ has a Drag and Drop editor that allows you to build great looking sales pages. You can drag images, videos, testimonial boxes etc. onto the page.

* Dealing with upselling, OTO, downsells

There is a section to build processes with upsells, downsells and OTO's. It's all done using drag and drop - you drag the boxes (pages) where you want them in your funnel. Then connect the process together. It's really easy with no HTML or coding needed.

* Recording customer data

Fusion HQ records all the customer data you need.

* Sending customers a welcome email, registration code, unique product link and suchlike

Yep does that.

* Managing email lists based on customer emails

Not quite sure what you mean here.

* Managing email lists of affiliates

You can add them to your own list in aweber, getresponse or 1shoppingcart. (We will have our own autoresponder very soon)

* Affiliate membership area

Yes Fusion HQ also has a Drag and Drop membership site builder that unlocks content. So you can easily create a membership area for your affiliates. Alternatively if you use Fusion HQ's integrated affiliate program, affiliates can access the affiliate center.

* Analytics of who has visited, which affiliates have sent them etc.

This is not a simple answer - it depends on different factors:
If you've created your sales process in Fusion HQ
If you're using Fusion HQ's integrated affiliate system it does give you all that info.

If you're using clickbank's affiliate program with Fusion HQ - You're limited to the information clickbank gives you.

DLGuard has a feature called "Custom Script" which will basically pass sales details to any script you specify when a valid sale happens.

I have a script I give away to DLGuard customer (who are interested) that will read a text file full of licence keys and email them out to customers, making each "used" one off with the person's receipt number.

While this isn't built into the DLGuard admin area (yet), you can certainly have this free script I give away that'll work with DLGuard's Custom Script feature.

The default one is set up to read Ebook Pro's licence file, but can be modified to handle any layout you want.

Does this make sense?

Sorry to dig up an old thread! I thought I would post the conclusion.

I went for DLGuard and it's good - it does the job well. Does what it says on the tin. It has a windows installer so you don't even have to do the usual scripting faff of uploading a zip file and unpacking it and setting permissions.

I used Sam's script for the license keys and that worked first time and has dished out a few keys since I implemented it, and posted the email addresses into my Aweber list - perfect
