Dynatracker?

I'm looking for an all-in-one system for tracking conversions from different sources. I want to be able to look at a glance and see what's going on, and I also want the ability to split-test, etc. I also want normal looking links too, and an easy to use system.

So far, Dynatracker looks like the best. Anyone using it that can comment? Is there something better out there?

Just an update - I asked Dynatracker a question - heard through the grapevine that their customer service has gone down the tubes.

Asked them a presales question that was obviously leading in to me wanting to buy- no reply.
