i dont mind if its pricey. i just need quality & high traffic.

i found the erelease.com got lot of testimonial but so far in this forums,prnewswire.com is the choice.

i need to find which the 'most' worthy press release distribution & best press release writer. any help & experience user?

Dunno if that answers your wuestion, but i've been using PRlog for a while.
It's pretty good, and I've made as many as 9-11 sales from one single PR...

  Yep... i got those from one single PR, without any backlinking whatsoever...
  The only thing i did pay attention to was that I did my KW research pretty well and my PR was on the first page of google the very next day...

PRWeb has great results and support. It is a pay service, $80-$325. The $200 one is WOW, but even the least expensive one has gotten me massive results and 7 pages out of ten on Google page 1, it seemed to 'drag' other pages of the site it linked to on to page 1 with it.
