Which is the Best Tool/Service for a Bum Marketer?

Hi,
I'm sort of a beginner in the IM field (focusing on Bum Marketing), though I am confident I know what I have to do in order to make it work (after about 4 and a half months of reading and testing).
These days I am trying to make my first sale, but all the repetitious tasks are just too much annoying.
I want to find the tool that can do for me most of the work and I'm not afraid to invest a few bucks that will eventually save me months of work.

Will SENUKE do the job?
I didn't see it can be scheduled to post your bookmarks, articles etc...
Plus, the variety of sites it supports is large, but not that large - Not too many article, bookmarking and RSS feed aggregator sites.

Would you recommend SENUKE?
If not, which software/service do you think is the best for a bum marketer?
