Has anyone tried traffic bug?

Hey all,

Has anyone here tried traffic-bug.com yet? I signed up for an account, and it looks like it submits pages to Social Bookmarking sites. It also submits RSS feeds. I was wondering if this tool is any better than BookMarkWiz, or other social bookmarking software. I have BookMarkWiz but I haven't used it yet (been too busy figuring out other software), but if any of you have some info on traffic bug I'd really appreciate it.

Traffic bug works well, but it's a long term strategy.
It's a fantastic way to drip feed links over time.

What makes it long-term strategy as opposed to short term?

I'm going to speak in general here...

The best strategy is to stick to a few softwares, make 100% use of it, and if it doesn't work, move on to the next one.

Seems like there are those who buy softwares that cost nearly $100 -- and yet want to try the "best"?

Soon another Internet Market is going to come with the next big thing -- and we realize, we haven't even click the link to download our previous softwares.

All bookmarking, rss submission, and video submission does is nothing more than creating backlinks to help with organic ranking, and sometimes "piggyback" traffic.

DuncanMae, when you say that "I'm seeing good results", are you relying upon the emails that Traffic Bug sent you or have you verified these independently using Market Samurai or a similar program?

We've already had a long thread on Traffic Bug in which feedback was overwhelmingly negative and I've seen similar threads elsewhere.

So could you give us a few more details about your success?

    Thanks.

Would you mind providing a link to that thread? I can't seem to find it using search.

I'll save the OP some time. Here's a HUGE thread on it. I personally tried it, wasn't impressed (less so due to the lack of communication and site going down) and simply decided it wasn't worth a monthly fee.

Just finished reading through that thread. It looks like people have had quite negative experiences with traffic bug, but that thread is about 6 months old. I'll give it a 30-day trial to see if it works. Maybe they've improved it over the span of that 6 months.

Anyone else doing the free trial period right now, or seeing success with TB?

I set up an account last week for the trial and submitted one url and now I'm getting a "warning malware might be installing" error from firefox when I go back to traffic bug home page or my log in page. I gave me three or four other sites tat reported the malware. Doesn't look promising.
