I have been reading about using UAW, AMA and SEO Link Vine for a while.

So I want to ask users of these programs:

1. How many submissions a day do you set for a totally new site for UAW? I have had experiences with new sites getting sandboxed at 50 a day.

2. Do you actually receive traffic from the autoblogs created by having your site within the network of AMA, UAW and SEO Link Vine? If so, how many visitors are you talking about here? Like 50 a day? Or 50 a week.

1. 50 submissions a day with UAW, i've kept it at that rate and have submitted over 40+ times, and haven't had any problems.

2. Depends on the quality of the articles you are sending out and how relevent it is to the sites they are sent to. That is why bigger the network, the more traffic you will get, because their will be high relevancy.

Also depends on your niche. If you are promoting Pokemon, its going to be highly unlikely your articles are submittied to other blogs always about Pokemon.
However if you are in a popular niche like forex or weight loss you have a better chance of having your content submittied to relevent sites, this increasing traffic + rankings (backlink relevancy)
