I'm testing out TBS again MAR (which I own), it really depends on how you use it. The best spinner in the world in the hands of someone who doesn't take there time will still produce crap. So far TBS and MAR are VERY close to each other. I also have and use ContentMania. Regardless, I highly suggest investing in Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 and a good quality microphone. I've got this one:

MAR stands for Magic Article Rewriter, Dragon Naturally Speaking is dictation software and the best there is out there. And the YETI, is a professional quality (prosumer) usb microphone that you can get for around $100-$150.

Although I tend to outsource my spinning now, The Best Spinner would be my choice, although I did come across an interesting package called Link Dozer which has some unique spinning features.

I just bought Rapid Rewriter to test against Best Spinner - also wanted to see Matt Carter's Traffic info, which is great BTW.

I've been using the Best Spinner for a while and agree that it rocks. First impressioins of Rapid Rewriter are that it will be on the same level.

you are right!
But in this world you can't do without a spinner.....period!
We are not all magical writers and can make a living from that.
We need fast and good solutions.

That is what we get with this.
PAR was my favorite untill tis came out.
Can't beat it, the best there is and very very fast.
I can make 250 articles with one push and the get accepted without exception!

My article spinning strategy:
for article directories and web 2.0 properties (both for Search engines and humans to be readable) I use:
Best Spinner
Power Article Rewriter
Dragon naturally speaking with quality microphone

To build articles for automatic submisssions and tier 2 submissions that will pass juice and strengthen my tier one I use, automatic spinners: (it saves time but the articles are unreadable)

Article spinner (submit suite) supports multilanguage

Really depends on my mood that day. If I'm rockin' then it is Content Mania + Yeti + Dragon. If I be lazy then MAR, with very minimal editing as it is good.

  The Best Spinner beats everything hands-down. I'm using it nearly every day and get good quality "spun" articles from it, unlike other spinners which give you a lot of gibberish and junk...
  
  Also, it has so many synonyms - even for phrases - and that makes it a breeze to use. You can obviously generate a lot of junk with it if you select unrelated synonyms, so you have to be careful when you set up your master article.
