Which Skype Callcentre Software?

Hi Warriors,

I am about to launch a telesales campaign with several overseas agents. After looking at several VOIP companies I decided to go with a business setup from skype as it is simple to get up and running.

I need the added functionality to be able to record all outgoing and incoming calls on all my sales agents for quality control and training purposes. This is not provided as standard in Skype but there are many addons that claim to do this.

There are so many addons with varying positive/negative comments that I am a bit confused which to go with.

Has anyone used any Skype call centre addons before or heard feedback about them? Which would you recommend?
