Stealth Seminar lacks sufficient info and details on the site. There is so much setup work involved with this, I need to feel that I can rely on that backend script host and most don't leave me feeling warm and cozy.

With CDN, I needed more info to decide, but on their site it said, "Now you can get Webinar Selling Machine (software and training system) for only $247.00 July SALE $227.00 (single webinar license). Multiple webinar license details are on the check out page." It's not clear if this is a monthly fee, annual fee, one-time fee. . . . And I needed to know more about "multiple" webinars and I don't want to go through the checkout process to find out. That makes no sense. They should provide a chart like so many other sites and show the differences. When I tried to call, I got voicemail - of course. Left 2 messages and never got a return call. So, they are out. No support on the front means no support on the back end.

I have sat in on automated webinars for the Webinar a GoGo system and I know a guy who uses it. Seems like it could be a winner.

Brunson's system may be okay, but again there is little detail and few specs - just a sales page. I guess I have to sign up for the trial at $4.95 just to find out the nitty gritty. To me, that means I am paying $4.95 for the specs.

I'm not sure if hosting the webinars on their servers is a good idea. Probably better to use Amazon S3. Brunson mentions about possible bandwidth issues because webinars are hosted on their servers.

Thing is, it's mostly a matter of a script and for anyone planning to do it in a big way, might as well get your own script and cut out that cost and possible server problems.

I'm pretty sure Ryan Deiss has a script for this, but don't know if it's available to anyone.

Anyhow, as I work on my piece, I will continue looking into the automation side.

I just don't "get" the whole automated webinar thing.

On the outset it looks and sounds pretty useful as a service - but then when you start thinking through it, really what's the point of having a separate service to do what you can essentially do as a video that requires registration to access in a protected members area?

The timed delivery maybe to make it look like it's a real webinar? Seems expensive for just that ability - and you could probably figure out a way to even spoof that too.

    What am I missing here?

I believe its the ease of use for people who know their subject matter but who are not technically adept and don't want to have to go through learning a new system

I run webinars and I can see the benefits of being able to schedule webinars to run when you are otherwise unavailable...and I don't particularly like to get involved in tech stuff and would prefer not to have to pay someone to do it each time I need to get one setup either.

So I guess it is relative convenience.

I have no idea how great it is or isn't, but I came across a webinar replay service that gives a totally FREE trial so you can see if you like it before buying. They don't even ask for a credit card for the trial.

        It's www.webinarmax.com

Try it and see what you think. I signed up for a trial just now and seems okay so far, but I have yet to finish getting something uploaded for a full test.

Ditto on kevinhdavis' comment. Cuz when someone has a regular ol' video for me to watch, I can watch today or next year. But when it's a scheduled meeting/webinar, I have to set some time aside to watch it when they are showing it. That means the presenter gets their sales message out to me TODAY and not next month or possibly never. Marketers know all of us are in a "that can wait" mode.

    Hi Michael,

The theory behind doing the automated wbinar versus a video with registration is it is more event-based. It adds some percieved scarcity because it will be on this date and this time, and then afterwards you also have a replay only available at a scheduled time, then finally they fall into the last chance to download the video.

It creates a more solid commitment with the user to show up at a specific time to get the content. They are more apt to take action then someone that simply opted-in to view a video.

The other benefit is to prerecord a webinar and play it through the automated system, instead of trying to do it live where more problems could happen. Webinars are much more tricky than teleseminars. More things available to go wrong.

Firstly, it's a great idea to have the webinar populated with names. It really gives it a "event" feel. The thing that does not work though, is most of the names seem fake! Some of them are just random letters positioned together, and that really gives it away.

But that feature would be tremendously valuable if it worked smoothly.

Secondly, the webinar seems to start within a few seconds when someone enters into the room. To me this also removes the "live" feeling.

In my experience, the webinar needs to begin at the specified starting time. And if someone arrives late, they miss what they've missed. It shouldn't start from the start if they arrive 15 minutes late. They should start watching 15 minutes in.

Also, when someone clicks on the screen of the webinar, it pauses. This is also something that gives away that it's not a live webinar.

If these things could be fixed, this would be a tremendous script.

And as an aside, I'm not trying to bag this script here. I'm trying to give good, positive feedback on ways to improve it.

From what I've seen Cheap Internet Tools make incredible products and sell them at VERY reasonable prices.

I've seen big marketers use them, Ryan Deiss for example. And I plan to get more of the products in the future. The Launch Template for example, looks wonderful.

So right now, this Automated Webinar Script won't work for me. But I believe the company has the talent to turn this into a brilliant tool with a few small changes.

      Just my 2 cents!

Off to continue my search for a great webinar replay solution!
GOOD NEWS and thanks for the feedback: we've studied all your points and we're fixed them all up. You should give our script a whole new look because it's been TOTALLY revamped: Automated Webinar Script | Cheap Internet Marketing Tools

As long as the content is good, there's nothing wrong in broadcasting a webinar that was recorded in the past. Fresh new attendees will still find it valuable won't they?

They aren't selling it from the Cheap Internet Marketing Tools site anymore because its now being sold by Mike Filsaime and was renamed as EBS (Evergreen Business Systems). There was a big launch that just closed yesterday and it sold for a lot more than the AWG2 at $497.00.

The Evergreen Business System script is pretty solid. I'm not sure why anyone would claim delivery rates will be poor. It's not spam and there are opt-out links in every message.

UPDATE: I've been using the script for a while now in my niche business and it's awesome. It has paid for itself multiple times over just by sending my leads list to the webinar signup page. I spent a lot of time planning my first webinar.

I just looked at Mike Filsaime AUtomated webinar generator.

The concept and strategy is sound however these scripts are rubbish... I say rubbish if they rely on self host auto responders like Mike Filsaimes script.

Your follow up emails will never make it through the filters... might as well call it a night.

I dont know about the scripts mentioned above but Filsaimes script uses self hosted autoresponder (you host on your own server or his server). Delivery rates will be abysmal.

It may be fine in the beggining but you'll see it drop drastically.

You need to use a service like aweber but you cant because these scripts create custom URL's, they track who stays, and who leaves when, etc... this essentially is the whole value of the scripts but they are rendered useless because it relies on self hosted autoresponder.

    rubbish I say.

I have the plugin and it has alot of flaws and throws me alot of errors in Wordpress, After installing and testing it, I gave up. You just must have a media server to properly run your own script. If you run many webinars I do not know of a hosting provider that would let you stay with them on the bandwidth that they use up.

This is what all the scripts and memberships are not cheap, takes alot of resources to run these. I am in the process though of finding me someone to build me a script then will put it on a media server and go from there.

Hey Hustlinsmoke. Do you have the newest version. We changed the platform around to a saas based model. Yes the pages are still hosted on your site, but you should use Amazon S3 for your video hosting. We are thinking to open up the full Hosted version from our end-meaning pages, video hosting, live hosting as well and move that from wordpress. At the moment though, our customer service guys, (as hard as wordpress is to make work awesome) are super on top of getting your site to work with our software. If there are permissions that need setting or you need to update, we are on top of it.

Video hosting is the biggest thing, and we offer that as well. Either you can use Amazon S3 (your own account) or sign up with us to come through our hosting platform.

    Hey,

These are biggest benefits that clients tell me when comparing EBS and StealthSeminar:

    1. StealthSeminar actually streams. EBS does not stream so if someone goes away, changes computer, visits fb and comes back, ebs goes back in time and starts at a fixed point each time - revealing it is a video. We stream. So if someone is gone for 10 minutes, when they come back the presentation is 10 minutes in the future. We are an actual webinar service, EBS is more of a video player with the buttons removed.

2.*** We work flawlessly on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch. EBS does not. You can see the comparison here to EBS:
*** NOTE: These devices are approx 20% of the traffic online now so to not get this right, is massively costly for most people. Those users also on average spend 20% more than computers online ( http://s3.amazonaws.com/stream777/bl...nfographic.jpg).

    3. We have quality support times, you can see the average ticket response time on the front of stealthseminar up in the top right.

    4. We set up your events for you, free.

    5. We guarantee your events will run.

I'm not saying we are right for everyone, but we work hard and try to do the best job possible. In fact, we had another update today.

Are we more money? Yep. If expense is more important then ROI, go EBS.

    Best regards,

      /sigh...

There is a reason as of why EBS has outsold Stealth Seminar and has indeed become the world's best selling automated webinar platform BY FAR, serving thousands upon thousands of customers all over the globe... That wouldn't have happened if EBS was just a "video player with the buttons removed"...

But I won't get into a battle with Geoff in this thread on which platform is best. That's just not my style.

Instead, I will simply let our paying customers share their experience with EBS: Evergreen Business System | Case Studies .

Evergreen Business System on Android - YouTube

The pages are fully responsive it seems so no issues there. It also does not display as a video as shown in Geoff's iPad example. The video player controls are hidden.

        Issues:

        1) The countdown started over each time I clicked on the e-mail link for the webinar. It was scheduled for 3:47 pm but at 3:50 pm it kept counting down from 30 seconds. I entered a few times and the experience started over each time.

        2) At the end of the 30 seconds, I get a page cannot be displayed. The redirection did not work.

        3) I have to press play twice once the webinar shows up as the video did not auto start. It hung up in "connecting to webinar." Again it started from the beginning, not 3 minutes in.

Hope to get some insight on this. Disappointing as the rest of the product has so much polish and potential.

I am posting this for discussion and a response from EBS about this functionality and not to bash in any way. I am currently trying to objectively review these two solutions and hopefully this helps others in the same process.
Anonymous Affiliate, can you please respond to this? This is a major issue as I don't think I have any sites or client sites that are not in the 20% range in GA for mobile devices so this would be a significant issue IMO especially when everything else seems so polished.

This is the only thing holding me back from buying EBS today. Is there a changelog or roadmap for EBS? Would be nice to know if there are plans for future dev, hopefully responsive design or fix for the above video issue, and whats coming up especially when I plan to pay the added monthly video hosting costs.

Surprised to not see you defend this after posting 7 times in a rather short thread.

If you'd like a no-frills automated webinar software, Strong Webinar (our own solution) might be a good fit. We've just made it a freemium product to help out small businesses who need it the most.

I see you are no longer offering Strong Webinar. Did you stop offering it because it required too much support?

Has anyone purchased or looked into the newest creation by Filsaime? - EVER-WEBINAR?

Was just recently offered for $197/yr ........ 50% off the alleged regular price of $397/yr. Looks like an updated version of his Evergreen Webinar System.

I've been using the beta version for several months and it works really well.

It has the same dashboard as the WebinarJam Studio and if you are used to running live webinars on that platform then it is an easy switch to just run live and then clone into an evergreen.

Good things like injecting pre-recorded videos into your live and also screen cam sharing in the live content and your live chat is all brought across into Everwebinar plus you can add additional chat questions and answers to prompt viewers at the right time to correspond to specific offers.

Can also do "just in time" webinars based on when the prospect arrives on your landing page and can also schedule in prospect's local time...so if you are promoting a 7pm webinar it is 7pm for everyone in their own time.

Lots of cool features and integrates well with all auto responders and plays well with Infusionsoft.

I don't know whether I would have used it as a stand-alone solution but because Webinarjam works so well on live it is a nice addition to have.

So can Ever Webinar be used simply to upload pre-prepared presentations or videos?

Absolutely...if that is what you want to do.

The other good system if you are a wordpress user is EasyWebinarPlugin..Casey Zeeman.

You can upload your videos to Amazon or serve from youtube if you like.

I own EBS (Evergreen Webinar Systems) but haven't used it yet but I plan on using it soon for selling my stuff using the perpetual launch / evergreen launch model. Okay, so I just watched the EverWebinar sales video and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the main differences are between EBS and EverWebinar because they sure seem similar??

I am also wondering if EverWebinar is basically EBS with a yearly fee instead of EBS's one time fee?

              Thanks.

I wondered the same thing. I can tell you that the interface on the systems are different. I would tend to agree that Mike probably realized he could get more money. Instead of changing EBS, which he really cannot do, he opted to create a new product. Now, Evergreen looks kinda outdated compared to Everwebinar.

Does anyone make an automated webinar now with all or most of the bells and whistles of the expensive ones without the big price? Preferably non-recurring.

    Dear Anonymous,

My apologies for the confusion. We do not count each webinar replay attendee as a webinar. Please tell me what channel you attempted to get an answer from for 4 days (phone, live chat, ticket support)? I will get that straightened out so it does not happen again.

    Thanks,
