Any Good Outsourcing Services You Guys Have Used?

Hey guys/gals,

I'm looking for a service to outsource submissions, like articles/directories/social bookmarking/etc. The more the merrier, of course

I'd normally do it myself, but I'm going to need to do this frequently and reliably, and was looking for a cost-effective place to use again and again.

Does anyone know good services for this, preferably ones you've had (a) positive experience(s) with?

Thanks to anyone who helps!

-Tom

It depends on the quality of work you are looking for.

The best experiences I've had with outsourced work has been people in my offline community. They are a touch more expensive, but people seem to work better when they know you live down the street.

Otherwise, I've had good experiences with people here on warrior as well. If you want quality written content, go with a more expensive option. Experience has told me around here when it comes to content you get what you pay for.

It really depends on your budget and where your IM earnings are. If you already have solid earnings and a proven sales funnel then VA's maybe the way to go. Otherwise you can just find people here on Warrior to do various aspects of IM for you.

Elance, Freelancer.com, a good way is to go to craigslist.com and post ads in the Philippine and India too! That is free and always works for me.

Have to say when I first started outsourcing a couple of years ago, I went the company route and had nothing but trouble with the first 3 companies I tried, a couple of which have already been mentioned.

I then found odesk and was pretty pleased with the results but i only really started to see massive results when I hired someone full time. The first girl I found was through bestjobs.ph but that is now locked for new members but onlinejobs.ph is now open and is very similar. Its fifty bucks a month but if you get cracking you will only need one month.

The really hard part is making the right choicer and there is a ton of trial and error. My biggest tips are

    1. Be very very clear that you are looking for ONE full time employee, not a company or jobshare
    2. You must test them prior to hiring. I normally give them a 500 word article to rewrite, its a good way of measuring applicant against each other.
    3. When I start looking the ONLY skill I require is high level of English. For the most part the people on onlinejobs are graduates, so they are obviously smart so as long as they speak and write top class English you can teach them everything else, lets face it if you can do it, you can teach them to do it
    4. Offer incentives. I post the job offer at $250/month for 40 hr weeks, then increase their monthly salary every month they stay

I now have 3 full time outsoucers which has taken away all the boring tedious jobs from my to do list and I can concentrate on experimenting, testing etc
