Nice product, bad affiliation system

I bought Aqua Desk Experience because I wanted to be able to select text from eBooks that came in EXE format. It does a very good job on that. It's able to select even text from Windows buttons, Windows menus and all kind of weird places. It's also good for HTML coding, because it can capture the color of the clicked pixel.

I really wanted to promote this product. Their affiliate system is based on eMail. That is, I send and eMail requesting information from them and they reply. Well, I sent 3 eMails so far (1 eMail per month) with no reply. It's a pity, in my opinion, that such a great program has such bad customer service.

If it were me, my 3rd email would have been to tell them in very direct terms about their slack service and that is why you decided to run with another product. Unfortunately I dont wait too long for people who think their time is more important than mine, and I certainly would not be able to promote that type of service to others, as an affiliate.

I'm not even sure if they got any of my eMails. Who knows, maybe they'll put a chat option in the future and will be a 2-way communication.

I wanted to promote this product only because I was really pleased by its behavior.
