what is the best 3D ecover software?

hey I looking for a high 3D ecover software, i know some of them like Cover Action Pro2 but it works only with photoshop that's why i'm looking for soft has like its stuff!

    I love Cover Action Pro. It works with photoshop and it has a great selection to choose from. I know there are others out there, but you should check them out.

    Ecover Action Pro is the best.

    I have other action script such as : 1inamillion,Blackblet Ecovers, and ecover suite elite.

    But, for cover action pro you have to spend more money to get.

    Second best is ecover suite elite.

    But that just my opinion

    If I'm not mistaken the OP asking for standalone software for ecover, not a Photoshop action script.

    I haven't use any software, only have Photoshop action so far, but as far as I know, there isn't any close software that can produce ecover as quality as Cover Action Pro or any other similar action script
