It works well for laser-targeting rankings, especially for inner pages (deeplinks)
Make it a part of a larger overall linking strategy and you'll have the competitive edge. Automatically. I highly recommend it. -Chris |

Great question I am also curiuos about that.
In edition to that question, have there been any instances of sites being de-indexed in Google for using the service? I am a former user of 3WL and I 100% had 3 sites de-indexed due to 3WayLinks. Chris |

If something works why would anyone quit anyway.
This question seems to be asked about a lot of products. Ok, I am rambling, sorry ... to your question - the links are NOT removed if you cancel, they stay... quick point - you can search this forum and find a couple posts (a few months old now if I remember right) by people that left linkvana quickly, like after a month or a few weeks, and now say they made a mistake leaving because they were jumpy about their results... which, in their defense, is understandable when you are talking about an IM membership. The point is linkvana works, period. And if you join, I would go into it with the mindest that you are going to do your part to make linkvana work and commit to your system with linkvana filling a specific part in the process... and linkvana will play its role in your system/process very well as the other on this thread have already mentioned. good luck. |

I've previously recommended LinkVana, but it must have been in another thread. Anyway, I wanted to update since after being a member for over a year, I canceled.
Here the reasons: After reviewing results from numerous websites with various promotion techniques, I concluded that LV was not delivering results. Sites were not getting indexed. SERP listings were not improving. On the other hand, just one shot with something like RSSBot from Incansoft was solving both of those issues. I also started to check some sites such as Yahoo that show backlinks. I know they are not perfect, and it can time to show up in their stats. But I was with LV for over a year, and there was a serious problem. Links I had paid for were just not there. I estimate only 1 in 5 links that should exist were being found. I even had some "Google Alerts" running so I'd know when something popped-up in Google. Nothing. I'm not saying LV wasn't posting the links, just that my results were getting more and more disappointing. But the final straw which led to a prompt cancellation was that I was reading an article by the founder - regarding a different service - and there was a statement recommending against putting links on generic, any topic goes type sites. Those would be LV sites. Instead, the article said links are best on themed sites, even if the theme is not the same as your site. |

You need to look at another factor -link deficit. Unless LV adds new quality blogs to the network at consistent and rapid pace, the increasing number of people who will like to be there subscribers will add to the overload factor on the entire network.
Assuming they add a few blogs periodically, and if these blogs are new then it will take time for them to be PR2 or higher. So, essentially, it may have worked for certain themes, but you need to be careful with too many people riding a bus scenario. |
