Best VA Company? SEO, Social Media, Backlinks etc?

We've suddenly caught the outsourcing bug.. I honestly do not know why we didn't start doing this earlier!

Anyway, we are now looking for an excellent VA company to help us with our forum posting, social media posting, backlinks, directory submissions etc..

Anyone got some good recommendations? Yes, if you are a VA company, feel free to promote yourselves to us here..

        Woody: probably somewhere in the middle of those two!

        We've put an ad up on oDesk & have a heap of candidates but we prefer a company where there is formal training of their staff etc versus one person that becomes a potential point of failure if you know what I mean..
