Read through the long salesletter, which was long on hype, short on specifics. From what I can tell, they teach you how to set up sites that sell physical products for affiliate commissions. Why anyone would need this when you can set up Amazon Astores for free in about 15 minutes is not clear. But maybe someone else can explain it to me.

  I purchased this product last night from the webinar. I just finished all of the modules and I am ready to start implementing the process. A lot of the information was released in the pre-launch videos and webinar last night. It was really great content about product PNK or specific products people are searching for such as a specific make and model of a power drill. The system is based on physical evergreen products vs informational products.
  
  As Daniel says, this program does not re-invent the wheel. The CWS system takes tools already available and pieces it all together into a cohesive system. It also up sells two of their current membership products, Affiliate Siphon and Affiliate Marketing Automation. I did buy Affiliate Marketing Automation as this part of the system seemed to time consuming to do on my own.
  
  One thing I do like is Daniel gives you three schedules of implementation to choose from, Normal, Fast, and Blazing, depending on your time and money to invest (money meaning domain names, hosting and outsourcing-if you choose to). He also has some tools to help keep you organized, on track and in the right mindset to succeed.
  
  I liked Daniel and Marc's approach, sincerity and sense of humor. I also like the fact that they gave away websites based on the CWS and some great prizes last night on the webinar (I almost won an iPad ) According to Daniel, the CWS system is not a get rich quick scheme, but building blocks for long term income.
  
  I am not a newbie, but I have not had any great success, yet. The CWS approach appealed to me, as I was doing something similar with article marketing and Amazon products. With CWS I have more options and a greater chance to make money using other merchants besides or in addition to Amazon. I believe I can take what I have already started and use it as a springboard for the Consumer Wealth System.

Hey all, thanks for the insight on this.. Just a note regarding the trial offer comment above: I recently paid $77 for a program I found out could have purchased for $57 through a similar tactic I saw after the fact. Since I'm very happy with the product, have not made any bones about it, just thought it interesting to note... Cheers!

I recently took them up on the $4.95 trial. I finished all the modules the same night I purchased. I could have easily canceled the next day to prevent the remainder of $77 charge but it I did learn something new from the course, so I decided that it was fair not to. For the most part it is geared towards newbies and half is about setting up a website, however the overall theme is to market tangible goods vs info products. I have set up a new site and incorporated WP robot3 and Datafeedr to help me along (these two products were not mentioned in the training but seem valuable). Once I have the site ready I will subscibe to AMA which they do promote however I do not think it is their product. I passed on the Affiliate Siphon product. Cons-No forum to discuss strategy or success stories

Hmm, that is strange, mine is all videos, slides and Excel template.

Actually, when I followed these instructions, but then decided that it was just too late at night and would go back the next day, a free offer appeared for just the first chapter. This is an ebook that looks pretty good. It was Chapter one and there are nine that I can see. No videos?

Well when we finally hear from Marc, he states everyone who has posted to date would get a copy of the product. He also stated Jonathan would be emailing each of us. I sent an email to Jonathan and absolutely nothing, nada. I couldn't be more disappointed in Marc and Daniel. If this is an example of the response or customer support we would get from this product then it would be a mistake to do business with them. Especially for a product that they are in the process of launching.

That is too bad since people in this forum search for past comments about product sellers before they buy anything new. When people read this thread then it will turn them off from buying anything from Marc Lindsay and Daniel Turner. I think they have made a mistake by not keeping with this thread about a new product that they are launching. It could cost them down the road. Unfortunate.

I'm not slamming these guys individually just very disappointed in the lack of response by these guys.

Yet another product offering very basic, generic information (choosing a domain name, getting hosting etc). Their "promoting your product" module is basically a manual on how to use AMA. Absolutely nothing new here. Nicely laid out modules though.

If you purchase the full course, there are training videos along with mp3 and pdf formats. Affiliate Siphon is a WP automated tool much like Wordpress Direct so you can upload your WP themes, plugins and content faster and easier. The videos show step by step directions using Fantasico, so Affiliate Siphon is not a must. As far as SEO, if you do not purchase Affiliate Siphon you are only given two recommended WP plugins. There is not a specific theme that is recommended in the CWS program, only that the theme meet certain guidlines such as clean, two column etc. I'm not sure if Affiliate Siphon (AS) uses a specific theme or not. Two must have plugins are all in one seo pack and google analytics. AS uses eight additional ones, that I don't think would be right in listing here.

I am just starting to build a few sites. I'll keep you posted on my progress as it happens.

So I went ahead and ordered the $9.95 trial offer. I will be asking for a refund.

All they offer is the same rehashed info that you can find for free here on the forum just by asking or doing a quick search. The show how to register a domain name, set up hosting, do basic product research, and do backlinking with your keywords as anchor text.

I guess this would be a great buy for an absolute beginner but for any with advanced knowledge of internet marketing or as long as you know how to set up a basic word press site, this offer can be skipped.

Hell, pay me $20 and I'll tell how to do the stuff. PM me for info.

Do they focus on building one product "sniper" style sites or multiple product review sites?

The sales page says 12 sites with 13 products per site but I saw 2 examples of their sites from mark lings promotional video. These 2 sites were using the socrates wp theme and was really just sniper sites...

Is their whole seo procedure based apon using their own AMA product?

I reviewed the product...

Its a rather basic one, and is for beginners for the most part..

However, for me some of the value was in how obscure but searched for Physical products with affiliate programs were discovered...

And also the section on how to promote and write a review for the product was reviewed too...

To me the important thing for promoting these products is to assure the customer that the supplier/merchant is genuine- and won't run away with their money- Hence security of credit cards and assurance on that is rather important...

It's like picking up a good book, you follow an Author, most sci-fi is the same model, just told differently, some people click with different author's.

The difference? I think we've got the skills to show we practice what we preach in many many many ways.

When I can help our internal members, and people like Susan who have never made a sale before in their life..... its pretty darn special to me and I enjoy every moment of it.

Also, question about marketing physical products and using a manufactures affiliate program, like the one at ping.com for example, vs an affiliate network like cj.com.

How reliable are the affiliate programs ran by a manufacture? Does anyone have any experience with them and whether or not, for the most part, they're honest and pay on time? Or is this a minefield most just stay out of?

I'm promoting both. Affiliate offers that are run by the merchant (in-house) and also with various networks like CJ. All in all, results are even. There are pluses and minuses with each.

Affiliate programs that are run in-house can afford to pay higher commissions, because the networks take a huge chunk of the sale amount from the merchant. For example, CJ takes a 25% cut from merchants, leaving less margin for the merchants to pay out to affiliates.

On the other hand, there is less transparency with in-house affiliate programs. You pretty well have to go by what they tell you that you earned. It's difficult to track it effectively on your own.

But all in all, I've had a good experience with both types.

Here's my review after only working with the system for less than 3 days. I bought the domain name on Wed and opened a wordpress blog the same day. I've got 5 products listed at the moment (all affiliate programs from CJ). I check yesterday to see if Google had found it (they hadn't) and I just checked now and Google has now found it and so have two people - one from an article. So far I've only had time to put up 3 articles (Ezine Articles approved the article in 4 hours) and I've sent the RRS feed to about a dozen sites (which CWS doesn't talk about). So far things are looking fairly good. I'm going to submit some more articles and I want to add some more products. I'll report back again in a few days.

Yea I'm puzzled as well. It seems as if Marc has been sucked into a black hole. It disappoints me that he has not responded since last Thursday. I had high hopes for this product as I'm just now starting my affiliate business. The timing could not have been better, but when Marc disappears like this it make me wonder.

I just emailed Jonathan and will hopefully hear something soon. I've read the posts and am very excited about CWS. It sounds like a good solid business model and exactly what I'm after! I plan on throwing myself into it and posting when I see results and I hope the others who have the program and have started to use the system will do the same. It will be very encouraging to others to see people using the system with success.

I have noticed that after a new product is announced there are a lot of posts from people eager to try it. But when all is said and done there are very few who report their results good or bad.

It is a pity because if genuine, those types of posts would be very helpful to us newbies looking for direction.

To me, the primary question regarding CWS is not if the information is new or sophisticated. Rather, I wonder if the basic concept is valid and it is possible to quickly build narrowly focused sites of the type CWS suggests that generate $50+ per month.

If you don't like AMA, you could use another blog network like My Article Network by Matt Callen.
About CWS, although the information is pretty basic, I am sure if you really follow it, you will make money.

Got my access today after sending an email, so thanks to Marc for the access.

Pros:
- Videos and content well organized.
- Content excellent for beginners.
- Focuses on physical products/brand names (instead of info products alone)
- Will show beginners how to select markets/products, buy a domain name; set up hosting; set up and configure a WordPress site and the basics for SEO/linking.
- - Offers a good basic system for finding e-commerce websites/stores that offer commissions/affiliate sales (via Google).

Cons:
- Also offers suggestions for better known affiliate sites (such as cj.com and shareasale.com), but doesn't offer any insight or explanation as to how CWS researches/uses these sites (of course, you can make assumptions, but thought this piece was missing).

A great system for beginner's to cut their teeth on in the world of internet marketing.

If you're already making enough online to not need a day job, then great for you. If you still have the day job, then this course my just be the knowledge needed to turn things around.

The only way I managed to get a response from support was to stay up till 3 in the morning to speak to live support, I must give jonathan credit though, he is very helpful when you get a chance to speak to him.

As for the support in general, you would probably get more of a response if you asked yer next door neighbours dog for help.

Seriously though, I don't have time to waste waiting days for a question to be answered and I'm sure everyone else feels the same way.

Marc & Dan, this seems like a system that could actually make people money, so why ruin it for everyone who have high hopes of making it work by not answering our simple questions.

If everyone got a refund for this course, then all your time and effort would have been for nothing... and it could still happen.

As a product owner that would bother me, so I think you need to start answering yer emails mate before a ton of refund requests start flooding in.

Be patient guys. Marc's launch is still going on. I read Marc's posts and did what he requested, then focused on other business. I didn't pester him about getting something for free. I trusted when he or his assistant had time they would provide the access offered.

Remember too, Marc only offered 10 copies for free. I'm sure not everyone that got a copy came here to report back to everyone else.

If you did everything that was asked, then great. Be patient. You will either be one of the 10 and get access or you were not one of the 10 and will not get access. Simple.

I'm sure we all can understand paying customers come first? I don't think Marc needs reviews from members of this forum to make his launch a success. I just saw it as a kind gesture on his part.

I don't think that's entirely true. This team has a history of blowing off their customers. I bought the course before this thread was even created and I've been trying, Since Monday, to get a hold of either he or Jonathan with a question I have. No reply.

No reply is common place with this team. Trying getting a hold of them with AMA issues. Same thing, no response.
