My personal opinion, just the same ebook selling stuff he is good at presenting the old wine in attractive bottles. The offline marketing is super saturated already. I would not spend $400 for such stuff.

  I think it is just a semi-MLM system to train marketers to help offline businesses get an online presence. There are quite a few marketers jumping on that bandwagon...
