Crowd Mountain Review

I have just resigned from Crowd Mountain, allow me to give my reasons for leaving.

Crowd Mountain is a service that offers training for the customer in finding niche markets, setting up blog sites using wordpress to service those niches, monetizing the sites, and linking to those sites for additional traffic utilizing social and article marketing.

The information provided in the initial portion of the training is called "Boot Camp". Boot camp is 6 modules available as the owner applied them. Then you are trained in other techniques of marketing including list and mail marketing. I didn't make the additional training.
The reason I didn't are as follows:
The owner of the Crowd Mountain site attended a seminar in San Diego and the Crowd Mountain site essentially stopped. Upon return from San Diego the owner of CM apparently had to move from her home to another location in California. In addition, while moving she became sick with the flu for approximately 2 plus weeks....all the while the site sat motionless.
The training in the boot camp was very good at it's base, however, the training modules were a year old, this created a lot of confusion because the module training were no longer current with the sites and software shown. The videos were in severe need of updating for current data.
When I posted questions and voiced concerns over the lack of response from the supposed administrative assistants the posts were removed for being "negative"!

I then sent a message through their somewhat dated problem resolution center stating I wanted a refund for my second month of training which never occurred and was told there are no refunds after the 1st payment....payments BTW are $127.00 a month. VISA has told me I will be refunded and CM will be back charged.

Until someone can report that all of the above has been updated and rectified, I would stay away from Crowd Mountain.
