BANS and Storestacker for 2010?

Does anyone have experience with BANS and Storestacker. I've heard many comments about BANS that they are no longer around. I wonder, I have them both, but these 2 came out a couple of years ago and wondered if they were still viable for 2010.
Thanks,
Judy

I've used both. I found Storestacker to be incredibly complicated to set up and finally gave up on it. I still have a couple of BANS sites but will be changing them to WordPress as soon as I can.

BANS used to be a great way to get started in affiliate marketing but I no longer recommend it. You can still buy the software and it's half the price it used to be, but don't expect any technical support other than from the few longtime BANS users on their forum, which is valuable, but dependent on their kindness, available time, and patience.

If you already own it and know how to use it, I suppose you've got nothing to lose, as long as you have other "baskets" too, especially since EPN's practices have proven to be so confusing and self-contradictory. But overall, I would recommend putting the time and energy into building WordPress sites instead, which can be adapted to a variety of networks. JMO.
