ArticleRanks... after 30 days

I decided to cancel my membership.
the link network seems to be OK... but the site drops every 5 days and the support is very poor.

I mean, if the site is down for 48 hours I expect the admin to send an email to the users with some sort of apologies, or explaining the issue.

So far not one single apology.

So I just canceled and requesting refund...
