best Wordpress Design Service?

Who do you guys to build your wordpress designs?

Who do you use to build "offline" types of WP sites?

I don't mind if they are on the forum or not.

I like to build my own sites, starting with a nice template from elegant themes, theme forest or woo themes and then modify the design to suit my needs.

You can also do alot with the new default 20 10 them in WP 3.0

You can learn to build your own WordPress sites in a couple of hours (with the right video training of course, hint, hint).

Learning WP is not that difficult. After couple of videos you can try working on WP. I have started the same way, but whenever i get stuck or need some real customization I contact pixelcrayons. They have quite hands-on experience in WP and other CMS. But I would say that you should first try it your self and then if you get stuck somewhere you got many service provider to help you out.

Great solution for "non designers" who still want to create new wordpress themes themselves is the awesome Artisteer program.
