Default Anyone bought Amazonian Profit Plan?

Has anyone bought Amazonian Profit Plan? The ebook writer seems to have a good blog on various aspects of Amazon affiliates. Just curious how is the ebook, worth getting? It seems to go for $67 instead of $97 as an intro price.

This is the best, easiest to implement program I ever bought. This is the 1st break I've took since buying the book. If you follow their instructions you will make money, the question is how much but that would depend upon you.

I would not trade my copy of the Amazonian for the top 5 products listed in this thread.

This product has been on my radar since it launched a week or two ago

I really liked the laid back approach in the sales letter and the amount of info they give away on their blog...which tells me they are for real

So I went ahead and purchased today...and I am in the middle of the product selection part...and I already got my moneys worth...and it is an AWESOME tutorial for someone new

They started off by picking a power drill that looked promising...then showed one thing that would kill conversions...so it is really an over the shoulder look at how to go about picking winning products

I haven't reached the review writing process yet and that is one of the main reason I got it because other courses say the review isn't important...just search engine food...and this is where APP differs

I will be back for more detail when I am done...but so far, this is a killer course and I am very happy with my purchase

I hope this helps

-Mark

The Amazonian Profit plan is great just like Mark said it covers how to write a proper reviews and even though it says Amazon the principle will work for almost any product you sell as an affiliate.

There was a WSO but it was only available for two days, not sure why they pulled it but its a great product in creating great reviews and to cane Amazon. It compliments products like profitzon very well.

The price is $97 and its worth every cent.

If you follow it you will make money.

All the best.

The product has been out a few weeks now, and I see rave reviews. But has anyone made any money, or has anyone seen any increase in their revenue by using the techniques found in the ebook?

I have been a big fan of Paula for a few months now. She gives great information in her posts and i have no doubt about her claims of making money from Amazon.

Many of the products I have purchased over the years give you techniques and templates the author has used to make money on the internet, some have worked to a limited degree, but there always seems to be a piece missing. For example, I paid into the Stephen Pierce Program in October of last year, and adopted his autoblog program, and his Kindle book process, and I now have about 200 autoblogs focused on amazon top selling products that make little money, even with 40% of the blogs ranking on the first page of google.

I do make about $100 a month on the Kindle ebooks, so I am happy with that.

I need to make about $3,000 a month so I can retire my wife from teaching.

It is not nearly as in depth as IPK and IPK is nearly 3 times cheaper. I think if your brand new to Amazon you would have a lot of questions after reading the APP compared to IPK. Personally I got good value out if but because Im already quite experience with Amazon. I would have liked to see some of the sites they built and thats another thing about IPK you get to see a huge amount of sites he built using his system which really completes the whole picture.

Are your 200 blogs focused on high search, low competition products? Top-selling may mean very high competition.

A major difference between this product and IPK is that this product focuses more on quality content selling the product. IPK focuses more on speed and quantity over quality. Both have their place.

If you want to learn how select a product that will convert, and to sell a product with a quality review that adds value then Amazonian Profit Plan delivers.

It's all about a few high quality reviews making lots of money and not lots of low quality rehashed content making lots of money!

But at the end of the day both are designed to make lots of money, it's the workload involved that differs between the two.

To an extent I would agree but whenever I read a guide I try to judge it from an experienced perspective and a newbies. I think somebody new would have far less quesstions and less head scratching with IPK as absolutely everything is covered.

I would not call them low quality rehashed sites. That strategy was thought me long ago by somebody who make 5 figures a month on Amazon and its very powerful. The mother site can easily become an authority with the supporting sites providing much needed SEO benefit.

Good Luck

IPK is a bit like a "physical products" version of those Adsense minisite courses out there.

Amazonian Profit Plan places a lot of focus on writing quality reviews. To be honest, I like the APP approach more... It doesn't cover much else though, so not a good guide for a total beginner (authors state that on the sales page).

For the price?

IPK is definitely a much better guide for a beginner marketer (even though it doesn't teach the - what I believe to be - best approach to building niche sites).

For experienced marketers - go for APP - you'll get a few good ideas for optimizing your content (product reviews). It's only worth paying $97 for if you're already making money through AMazon.

It's a good guide, but it lacks in the key area which is getting traffic to your site. You can have the best reviews in the world, but that doesn't matter if you don't have any traffic going to them.

For newbies, it's worth it and I agree that it's got a lot of solid information in it. Plus the authors don't use those tired old sales tactics that make me vomit.

One of the best things I've ever bought.

Just read her threads here on the WF and her blog and you'll get an idea of how good it is. I bought as soon as it came out.

I'm not a newbie, but I learned a lot. The section on how to write a review was worth the price of the book alone.

Keep in mind that it only covers making Amazon work for you. If you're a total noob and don't know how to set up Wordpress or do FTP or any of that kind of stuff, know that this book doesn't cover any of the beginner stuff. It's strictly for making money from Amazon.

This thread seems to be going in circles. Many have said how good the program is, and how good the creators are, etc., But I think what several have asked is have you made any MONEY using the techniques?

As an example, in October of last year, I joined a group that had a great plan, and convincing literature, promoted by a long time guru, with tens of testimonials on auto-blogging with Amazon as an affiliate, and even thou I have followed the blueprint exactly, and it is really good and I have learned a lot but now, 200+ auto-blogs later, I have not even come close to recouping my investment, must less making the big bucks.

And I like Wanda and Paula, i like their posts and I honestly believe they are sincere, but have their techniques increased you sales, and are you making some serious cash as a result of implementing their techniques?

I think it's a great e-book and you will find all the info you need in there to start making money as an Amazon affiliate.

I've made a video walkthrough of this product if you want to see what it looks like on the inside. It's posted on my site on the product walkthrought page.

An addition to my last post. If you are looking for a get rich quick, this is not it. But if you want to know what I believe is the proper way to promote Amazon products, this is the one you need. They give great info on how to pick the products to promote and then give detailed instructions on how to write a review that will result in sales. They not only give the hows, but the whys also. I think a newbie could bebefit from this. There is plenty of info available on ow to build a WP blog and what plugins, etc. to use. I appreciate that they didn't waste most of our time by devoting 20 pages on WordPress basics. Their track record speaks for itself. These are not gurus making their mony from selling ebooks. These are two ladies sharing how they avg $10,000 a month being Amazon affiliates. They give great customer support also.

I completely understand what mmixon is saying here. Wouldn't it be great if there was a "results" section for each of the Special Offers. Most of the offers threads talk about how great the videos or the ebook or whatever is and that's fine. However, the bottom line is, "does it make people who have bought it money?".

The usual reasons given for nobody reporting on having financial success with a product are that most people buy it but never use it or that they are too busy putting it into practice to report. If I was finding financial success with a product I bought here, I guarantee that I'd be back to share the happy news.

I'm not picking on this product as I'm seriously thinking about buying it. It sure would be helpful though if somewhere in the Special Offers section, buyers could share their results.

I just got it a couple days ago and although it's good I don't think an ebook or any ebook is worth $97 or even $67.

The good: They go through how to select a winning product and what criteria to look for. How to do keyword research and analyze the competition. How to write a good review that will give you good conversions. Short sweet and easy to understand. On the sales page they do state that they don't cover how to build websites, so good to know.

The Bad: It has little info on driving traffic to your money page, sure they tell you what methods you can use but it's not very detailed. And there was one method in there that suggest you to contact other sites to do guest blogging which to me is consider working hard and not working smart cause there are better ways to get quality backlinks. So basically the off page SEO stuff was weak. The price is too high. It doesn't have any live examples for you to look at.

Overall rating is 3 1/2 stars out of 5

Im just telling it how it is with the pros and cons. There are always pros and cons no matter how good people claim a product to be. And if there ain't I will not rest till I find it.

Its crap. In a nutshell it just tells you to pick a product write 1000 page review on it spend 10 weeks getting backlinks from forums, guest blogging and blog commenting that is it. Not worth 97 dollars. I would also bet you that their claims of income have been fudged to promote their book, why i say that is, end of 2008 they were barely making anything. They say they have 20 sites but only 3 that are making them money and we are to conclude those 3 make them 19000 a month... yep keep drinking the barely wine! - Save your money honestly

I think I need to chirp in in defense of this product, because it seems the aim and purpose of the Amazonian Profit system has been lost in translation... somewhere.

Finding a product to promote on Amazon is NOT difficult, and I would like to believe the majority of Warrior users are conversant with keyword research.

The good thing about Amazon, is that, when someone gets to Amazon from your affiliate link, but does not end up buying the product you were promoting, you end up getting paid for whatever product the intended buyer ends up buying anyway.

So, to claim the book is crap, simply because it does not cover traffic, is like saying the moon is crap because it doesn't shine as bright as the Sun!

C'mon now people, the book is called the AMAZONIAN Profit System, NOT Amazon TRAFFIC

What's there NOT to understand about traffic? Build BACKLINKS... what else is there to learn about traffic?

As for picking products, you don't have to pick high searched, low competition products to prosper with Amazon... you can also target HIGH PRICED, low searched products where you end up getting a high commission in the end.

Did I buy this ebook? Well, ahem, no, but I've been promoting Amazon products since the Information Product Killer product came out... and it's crystal clear... just promote any product with good searches and a great chance of ranking, write a fine review about the product... based on your opinion or gleaned from the Amazon product page, and then PROMOTE that page.

I have a Christmas theme site that promotes sought after Christmas toys each year, and from about October of each year, I rack in no less than 5k each month on the one site alone!

Difficult? No, but time consuming finding high priced toys off the bestsellers list yes.

Amazon is dead easy to promote, and even if you make 100/month for your troubles, that's more than what 80% of so called Internet Marketers are making each month.

Internet marketing is a business, not a Microwave event... spend time on your site, nurse the site etc.

If you're not PROUD to show off your site to your girlfriend or BFF... then guess what, don't WHINE when the returns reflect your inner thoughts about that site.

So, in a nutshell, don't bash a book based on its cover, if you learnt something from it.. i.e product selection etc... then you just got your money's worth off it.

Happy New Year everybody.

Rain.

I DID buy this product and Rainmak3r gets it right.

It's NOT crap. It's the technique Paula and Wanda use to make a huge amount of money on Amazon.

No, it's not about traffic. Although they do have a section in there on some of the things they do to get traffic.

The section on how they write the reviews is worth the price alone. I'm a professional writer and I got a huge amount of value out of just that one section alone.

Most importantly, though, it gives the purchaser a really good idea of what to do in order to make money with Amazon.

They created the product because so many people read their posts on this forum and wanted to know more. It's very specific to Amazon and it's very specific to how they do it. You'll get a good idea from the long thread elsewhere on this forum as Paula pretty much lays out their strategy. The eBook is more in depth and more specific.

Read the other thread first to see if it's something you might be interested in. It'll give you the best idea if it's right for you. It's not magic and it's not even that secret, but if you want details and specifics, you'll get them in their report.

It's also great for inspiration. If they can do it, then so can you or I with a little mouse grease.

The Amazonian Profit Plan conforms very well with Robert Cialdini's 6 Principles of Persuasion. I haven't implemented this system yet but I'm convinced Amazonian probably will be very good at conversion if followed religiously.

The Principle of Authority: A quality 1,000+ review conforms to this principle. Not only will it give the info the buyer needs, it would also result in natural backlinks (good for SEO) once other websites and consumers mention the review.

The Principle of Social Proof: The product selection criteria for Amazonian is based strictly on this principle.

The Principle of Commitment and Consistency: It almost exclusively uses search engine optimization as a source of traffic. This means that the site visitor entered the site almost committed to buying. Afterall, no one put a gun to his head when he searched the key words.

The Principle of Liking: The advice on making the reviews friendly and natural helps towards making good on the principle.

The Principle of Reciprocity: This is hard to gauge as it will depend on each visitor's personality. But those who are inclined to reciprocate might do so because of the effort that would clearly be shown by the thorough research that the Amazonian Profit Plan recommends, along with the rather long product reviews.

The Principle of Scarcity: This is not in the Amazonian Profit Plan but the fact that it uses Amazon . com to forward links to will make this a given as Amazon tends to use this principle in their own site.

Again, I have yet to implement Amazonian Profit Plan, but my intuition tells me that it will be very good in terms of conversions.

As to the traffic strategies, it continues with it's emphasis on quality (page rank-wise) over quantity. I won't reveal the main traffic tactic on this review.

Again I thought it was another $97 crap book. Over priced, overrated and over defended.

There wasn't one thing in it that was worth $97

It would have been better priced as $7 or just a simple 500 word article could of wrapped up what they covered in that ebook. heck i covered what was written in about 4 lines in my previous post LOL

But if you like handing over $97 for that type of stuff.. Hell send it my way and I will write you stuff like that all day long

Actually they do cover that, with a link to their 7 ways to get traffic free report on their blog. After having written a book for newbies myself - I can vouch that rehashing something you've written before is a chore.

You might have missed that in the beginning (I think it's in the beginning) of the ebook, but for anyone wondering:

Yes, it works. Won't get you in trouble with the Big G. Very sustainable, focus on quality, and not "micro niche crud site" approach, which I'm about sick of at this moment since all my micro sites are now defunct (thanks, Google).

Using the book, my wife was able to start using the principles to begin writing her own websites, and you know what? For someone who has never even seen the Google keyword tool, she's made money within the first 3 weeks, getting traffic just the way they describe in the book.

Unlike the micro niche course (won't say which), this isn't gaming the system or getting into deep trouble/slapped around by Google.

Some have said there are missing elements besides traffic - like IPK is a better system, etc.

Not to bash IPK, but that model is not going to be a sustainable enterprise. Gig's up on mini site BS, and good riddance. (Sorry, I'm not bashing IPK, or those who use it - but it's been a sucky wakeup call with my rankings this week on most of my mini sites.)

Having read, sold and used the book - YES it works. My newbie wife proved it to me. And you CAN take the principles and use them for other affiliate programs, with a little common sense.

This is a "How to have a quality, sustainable web presence that relies on SEO but also other traffic sources," and it taught me a few tricks on manual keyword research that I hadn't known about.

Solid info. Paula and Wanda are upstanding, too - lifetime fan.

Hey guys, for those of you considering the Amazonian Profit Plan, you may want to also check out Jan Roos' WSO product:

http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-3-months.html

His Amazon course is very detailed with step by step videos that are easy to follow and take action. As with anything based on product affiliate sales, you are not going to do to well unless you can drive traffic to your sites.

Choosing highly searched for products or hot new products does tend to help since people are naturally searching for them. But you really need to do some good keyword research before settling on a product to promote and create a site around. Those keywords should be based around product names, brand name, and model numbers. Tack on a "buying" word to the front and you should quickly be able to see if you can generate traffic.

I also have Chris Guthrie's product "Niche Profit Course" which is another great product on using Amazon products to make money. He has a lot of good information to share.

Good luck!

I think the Amazonian Profit Plan is like any information product. If you already know and are doing the stuff it talks about then it seems of little value. If you don't know the stuff it contains then its value is almost priceless. It can have incredible value to you if you will put it into practise - whether you already know the stuff or not. The key thing is taking action!
