I bought Postcard Profits last year, and I had a bad experience with it. The price point was about $300, with monthly payments set at about $59 as I recall. Anyway, after receiving the set of audio CD's I decided to ask a question with customer service. But as it turned out, the customer service was a total sham...the email address came back with a "permanently failed" notification, and even the customer service web address was fake. This p****d me off and gave me a very bad feeling about the whole thing, so I decided to send the stuff back and cancel. I thought I could somehow find a way to contact Luke or his company...and I even retrieved the box and packaging that it had come in (I thought I was lucky that I hadn't thrown it away). There was indeed a printed page or two that had come along with the box, but it only revealed that it had been shipped from a fulfillment house. This proved to be a useless lead, as they had nothing to do with Luke's company and I wasn't able to get any contact information relating to customer service. I could see very clearly after all of this that Luke was purposefully making it difficult, if not impossible for anyone to cancel and return the product.

Then I went online to see if I could search him out somehow. This proved to be a real time-wasting labor, as he seemed impossible to nail down. Finally, I was able to find a "scam" forum where Luke was mentioned. It turns out I was not the only one who had this experience, of course. But even though somebody in the forum tried to give out contact information for him, I still had a lot of difficulty in actually reaching anybody who acknowledged any affiliation with him. This process had taken me a couple days, and the person I finally reached told me I'd need to box up and return everything and have it logged back in before a cancellation could be processed. And since there were only a few days left before the auto-billing for the continuity, there was no way to stop the next payment. Long story short, I ended up having to go to my bank and file a formal complaint, and cancel my credit card.

So, if you want to order Postcard Profits, just be **** sure that you really want it bad enough to do without any customer service at all. By the way, it's entirely an audio product (on 10 CD's), so it will be frustrating to you if you like to have transcripts or videos (as you will get none).

Luke's methods are the real deal, but he is not good at customer support. He has admitted that he hates to do it, and it shows.

However, if you aren't afraid of implementing what he teaches, you can build entire businesses out of his methods.

The content in Postcard Profits is excellent. It's a bit of a pain that he only provides audio CDs but it forces you to listen carefully and take notes which works for me. He basically gives you a complete blueprint for an offline direct mail business.

I agree with the previous comments though....his customer support is really bad.
