I wish I had bought this 3 years ago when I got started in Internet Marketing!

Rosalind gives some great practical tips on getting started online, like websites you can use to research niches and setting up your own Wordpress blog. She even tells you how to organize all the passwords and logins for your affiliate programs.

Some people have said that all this information can be had for free if you search for it but if you're a beginner like me, it's nice to have it all in one place. Some of this I didn't even know about until I was well into my first site so if I'd had it at the beginning, I think I'd be a lot farther along.

If you just can't afford the $47 price tag, go subscribe to her free newsletter at netprofitstoday. I always learn something new with every issue.

You are right, the super affiliate handbook is a good overview for those who are just getting started with affiliate marketing.

You will really get the whole picture, I recommend it for affiliate newbies.

I agree - Super Affiliate Handbook does give a good overview to affiliate marketing.

It contains a lot of material, has been updated since it was first released and is very good value.

It also contains a lot of useful resource links so that when you're looking for a particular product or service you'll be able to find it easily.

I agree with your review of the Handbook. It is one of my favorites and has was extremely helpful when I was just getting started in online marketing.

I am a newbie with little knowledge on IM.
Would not it be difficult for me to understand and follow?
( of course, depending on my understanding skill though )

What do you guys normally do using this method?
Do you write so many write-ups or airticles on products you like to promote?

I have really no clue for IM, so your kind advice would be much apprecaited.

SAH is easy enough for newbies to understand and follow.

The background information is useful no matter which direction you choose to go with your business.

I've now built up an extensive network of affiliate sites and have learnt to use networks to boost free traffic. PPC (paid traffic) is useful and quick but expensive.

But is the book up-to-date? I mean, it was first written in uhm... 2001 I think, or maybe before that.

I personally wouldn't recommend it too strongly. I think it was good for its time but there are better options available now.

I really recommend avoiding the affiliate route and instead getting your own product. I think that'll help you a lot!

Her eBook is very informative. But for now it is need to be updated. She should publish a newer version for 2009.

Her book was updated October, 2007. My copy is 233 pages. The bulk of the information is still relevant. My understanding is that updates will continue.

I first bought Rosalind's book in 2003. It was great then and it's still great today. She has been updating it on a fairly regular basis and a lot of the material in the book is evergreen anyway. Rosalind is definitely one of the "good guys" (gals) in this game.

You better read the Free eBook "Dotcomology" of Stone Evan's first to learn. It is very informative for newbies. Just google "Dotcomology" and you will get several download link. It will give you a basic idea of Internet business.

Thanks for the reply Shafiq. I made 2 sales in my first month, so I guess I can't call myself a newbie anymore. Sorry that I wasn't clear in my post, but I'm looking for something to promote on my own site. My visitors don't know anything about Internet Marketing, they come to my site looking for a Job.

SAH was the first IM book I ever purchased, back in 2004. It's pretty complete and a good way for a newbie to learn what they have to about IM. I'd definitely recommend it, although I haven't looked at mine for a few years, and I can't attest to the efficacy of the updated version.

The last update to the book as shown on her site is Sep 21st 2008. So probably its pretty relevant to today's scenario.

I bought that one way back -- more than 5 years ago. It was very helpful for me back then, being a newbie in the game.

By now, that info is very dated (like, she recommends PPC advertising on obscure networks where click fraud is rampant) - but I see here she is updating it - so perhaps it is still useful for newbies.
