Is anyone familiar with Banner Ad Blueprint?

I've just received an email from a well known Internet Marketer promoting Banner Ad Blueprint. Is anyone familiar with this product? It's not very expensive ($77), but I am sure there'll be the inevitable one time offer or maybe multiple OTO's. If anyone can give me any feedback on Banner Ad Blueprint, I'd be very grateful. I've already spent so much money on things that did not work as advertised, and don't want to continue doing so. Thank you!
