New Atomic Blogging Theme

Has anyone purchased/tried the new Atomic Blogging Theme by Alvin Phang? I just got an email about it today. Right now it's going for $47 for unlimited licenses and $37 for single domain license. It seems like it would compete directly with the Socrates theme but looks like it has more features and customization for less money. I was just wondering if anyone might know if that would actually be the case, and if the quality is there, as well as ease of use. Thanks!

Thanks but that looks like an older version. The new one is version 3.0 and looks to have more theme customization available to you. Core functionality seems to be comparable though - hard to tell.

Yeah, it is version 2.0 and the upgraded one is not available for download. I also tried that one.

Hi Sean,

I purchased ABT this morning and tested it the whole afternoon. I think it's a great theme. I was thinking whether to buy ABT or Socrates, but since ABT is only $47 for a limited of time. I tried it out.

The only thing Socrates may be better than ABT is that it can have unique style for every page, which ABT seems to be lacking.

Overall, it's a great theme at $47 a pop.

I purchased it this evening as well. Had been on the fence about Socrates. This looks like a good alternative. Have not downloaded yet.

yeah... the one thing about Socrates I did not like perhaps about those self-advertising banner and footer of Socrates.
