Which script for membersites?

Hey!

We have released several eBooks in the past but we haven't handled a membership site yet. My coder used to do all the coding work but I lost him to big US company two weeks ago

We are not sure about if we should market it trough Clickbank and let them do all the payment processes or choose a manual processor like Plimus. Because we are targeting countries where bank transfer payments are more usual than credit card or paypal payments.

The main concept is that the member pays a one time fee or montly recurring fee to enter a secured membership area. The main task should be to promote the same membership site to other people and to earn a percentage of every sale they make. They should get their refferal links, clicks and sales stats etc. in the backend automatically. I have the paid version of butterfly marketing script but haven't installed or even set up it on my server yet because my coding knowledge is pretty poor. Is this script a good solution?

If we would take clickbank they could handle all the payouts of the commissions what would be much easier.

My questions are:

Which script is the best to use if I would take a manual payment processor like Plimus (can BM script be implemented?)?
Which is the best script to use when I use clickbank as the payment processor? (Maybe BMS or maybe ViralMinisites Script?)
Can I set up a multiple level commission plan when using CB?
