SEOLinkVine took my money but now says it is closed

Hi there

Anyone else had issues with SEOLinkVine. I've been looking into joining an article network and finally decided to join SEOLV. Their sales page clearly says ORDER NOW and takes you successfully to Clickbank and takes your money.

Once through the other side (after luckily not taking them up on their upsell) I go into my profile and hit "submit articles and get links" I get the sales page again!

Looking at my profile I see
"Current subscription: Active" but I have no credits whatever that is meant to mean? If I hit "upgrade" or "what's this" I get a page that tells me

SEOLinkVine's "Get Links" Membership is Temporarily Closed to New Members


We're currently not accepting new members to the link network and seo program. During this time, we're focusing solely on expanding the number and quality of sites in the network.
I am not best pleased as they gladly took my money only to land me with this. Anyone else joined recently and been successful. It's a bit off taking the money but being closed. I am not best pleased and had planned to start using it in the few hours I had spare this pm. What a waste of time now having to clear this up and seek a refund etc.

    Just send them an email and ask them if they can make an exception for you, and if they can't, just ask for the refund. There support is pretty good and they'll get back with you.

    Let's hope so. I mailed them and later I checked and I'd got an autoresponse telling me I need to use their support system. While I know "things happen" they really should have switched off taking money (added to this I even got the "getting started" email). I've now lost precious time this weekend and can't help but feeling a bit fed up with the whole thing. Now I have to start looking at the other similar services.

    Not a good first impression of Brad Callen's products - but hey!

      Brad's a stand up guy - if you got the getting started email - it probably told you to contact the support desk if you had a problem. Do it - and get it solved.

    I had a little "glitch" when I ordered. I submitted a ticket to Brad's helpdesk BradCallen.com - Powered by Kayako SupportSuite Help Desk Software and they had me fixed in a couple of hours.

    Yes, thanks - I have already contacted them using the support system (obviously I am not expecting them to randomly find this and sort it). I was just really trying to find if people had a similar problem or some reassurance they were ok before I contact Clickbank or my credit card company. Plus I was venting a bit having set aside a slot today to get a few articles submitted and that time is now almost gone. I have other commitments that are going to take the next few days and this has cost me some time.
