Hi Guys, I've been using a HelpDesk to support Product Buyers etc, particularly because I get a lot of e-mails, and don't want to miss an important one. Unfortunately, I've had a bunch of problems.. Mainly, e-mails not delivering, or being rejected by a mail server like Yahoo. I don't want to ban certain e-mail hosts, but I can't find the right option right now. So can anyone suggest a good helpdesk system (I was looking at OTRS.org Today), and a good host, where my e-mails will actually send. Caleb |

Hey Caleb, I worked with few esupport systems, and this one is the best in my opinion... eSupport - Kayako support desk software, customer service software Has a lot of functions, autoresponders, departments, knowledbase, unlimited agents....good SW... I think that they have 30 day trial, so, you can try and see if it fits your ideas... Their support is good also... Cheers |
