My son is just getting into Internet Marketing so I bought him this set of videos as an introduction to backlinking. A guru friend recommended it and, anyway, Shane is a respected poster here so I expected it to be good. What I didn't expect was how much I learned from the product. It's beautifully put together and contains lots of references to free tools I knew nothing about. It's undoubtedly the best product I've bought this year. Plus the follow up series of emails from Shane has been excellent. He's as likely to warn you about a new product as to promote it. Pearson |

Pearson, It's a wealth of information and besides the asking price for the product/series itself, everything else can be done for free. Shane really did a bang up job with this product. |

Yes, it truly is a one-of-a-kind link building plan. Well thought out, and very actionable. I don't want to repeat myself, so I'll just paste here, what I've said before: I was a bit skeptical about this product at first... What new could I learn about link building? Well, first of all, the tools, that Shane recommends, just blew me away. Many of them I hadn't heard about before. Best of all, they're all free, even though you would think that you would have pay for these kinds of tools. Also, the overall plan is very solid and it's laid out better than most link building plans out there. Usually link building guides just list a bunch of methods - that is not very actionable, and that is not the case with Backlink Battleplan. This is truly a step-by-step plan, which I really appreciate. If you can't take action on this plan, you can't take it on any plan. |

I am not sure if Shane is an active member here but I have to say his product launch and the product itself are top shelf. But you have to take action in any course you purchase. I think that is the true test... |

I agree, getting the thumbs up in this section is a great thing, well done. Quick question, how new/old is the course? Does it contain mainly relevant stuff? Things get outdated fast as I'm sure you know, however the fundamentals dont change. Its good to have a new name to be on the look out for products from, sick of the usual stuff. Thanks Andy ***** EDIT****** Posted before using my brain, video is dated 1st August and isn't using any type of date script

Yeah, as you saw yourself the product is still quite new. However, you're right that stuff gets outdated quickly, which is why I've already done a few updates and adjustments to the product. A few more are coming soon, as I'm still finding ways to improve the system and sometimes unpredictable events (recent example: Vox.com closing down) also mean that slight adjustments need to be made.

Hello Beleaguered Warrior Folks, I need to add my two cents worth here. I'm here instead of writing to Shane directly, though he invites mail. If Shane is seeing this, he's going uh oh... I just finished perusing the vids in his offering. That alone took 3 evenings. I'm pretty sure that I got my $67 bucks worth. I also need to thank Andy at EZSEO for introducing me to Shane. Andy is my top guru and one of the good guys. Thus when he says Shane is also one of the good guys, I stop what I'm doing and listen. (If you don't have Andy's Web Content Studio, and you are into arkle writing, you're backing up.) Shane's program runs on two levels. If you're just starting out, it's something you ought to get and use. It will save a lot of learning while doing. Believe me. On the other hand, if you have been around the block a few times, it's even better. What this system does is to put a lot of what you have been doing in bits and pieces into a logical order, while introducing you to some really great things you never heard of...and all of the tools are 100% free. What I can't tell you is how well it works. I kinda hate folks coming on with reviews all fired up, a few months ago, and you never get a report of how well whatever it is they just bought worked out. Either it worked real good and they aren't talking, or they gave up, or they got bored and went to the next new thing. And now it's my turn to extoll a system with no proof of how good it is. But, my friends...I have a feeling... I feel real good about it, because like I said, I'm already doing a lot of this stuff or have done it, and I know that even in my harum scarum way, these things have worked. How better it might work if I proceed in Shane's logical manner with a verified procedure and goals and a boatload of free semi-automation tools. Shane does offer an upsell. Naturally. I'm kinda wondering what he left out...but he put enough in to keep me busy for a long time. I have enough ongoing projects to optimize with his system that I don't have to worry about coming up with new ones right now.(But you know I have some big ideas I haven't gotten around to yet.) If you are into SEO and don't have immediate expectations, Shane's toy is something you ought to look into. The good news, again, is that you won't be out another dime, unless you are watching your time. It's SEO all the way. If you're thing is PPC, forget it. That's my report on the matter. Shane seems like one of the good ones. |

I have been doing this for a while. Shane's product is definitely newbie friendly as well as giving enough interesting and unknown items to keep an experienced warrior happy. He is up front and honest about his product and what to expect. It isn't push button traffic but gives you the plan (battle plan) to develop your own link generating system. Plus so far he is updating it. Once he is rich and powerful we shall see if he continues (Just kidding Shane).Though I do think he should give Article Marketing Robot a try. It isn't free but does provide a pretty neat tool for a one time fee. |

Yeah guys....Shane is the "real deal" and a really cool guy. I have Backlink Battleplan and it is fantastic, thorough, and very effective. Shane did very well getting this method thought out and perfected. I rank BB very highly on my list of backlinking methods that will help your sites rank big time. |

Mention above that Backlink Battleplan is $67, on the website it's $97. Is there a discount code floating around or did I miss the boat on that offer. Great reviews for many other sources as well, I've been researching this product. Randy |

| I don't think you're able to get it for $67 anymore... $97 is quite a steep price, but BB is still worth it, if you just take action on it.

There is actually still a deal available, for the $67 price. Go here and click on the "lower price offer" link and you'll see how it works: Backlink Battleplan - Conquer Your Competition I'm changing the whole sales-page and process in the next few days and this deal will no longer be available after that. Not saying that for scarcity, just wanted to mention it because people might be looking at this thread long after I've made the changes. |

Apart from what has already been said about BBP, one thing that really impresses me is that Shane updates BBP with new info. The internet is certainly not a static entity, with certain sites coming and going and new tools/techniques landing on the scene. I think Shane's next product should be a course on how to create your own, clear and concise course :-) |

The support given by Shane is second to none. Not only does he give regular, free, non-pitch fest webinars, but he responds to emails in a quick and helpful way. I emailed him last night at 2300 on a small technical point that had got me stuck. 10 minutes later I received a reply giving me the answer I needed and offering further assistance if required. I have bought many courses (some pretty expensive) where if I have a query, I'm lucky if I get an answer the same week. I also love the way he delivers his content. He presents the information in a manner that even the most technically challenged person can follow and does it in a friendly and often humorous way. The other big plus is that Shane shows all the necessary steps to complete the task in hand. I watched a video from a well known course yesterday and the information was being shown so quick that I had to pause it 15 times to just to try and figure out what the presenter was doing. Of all the courses I have purchased over the years, I would rate Shane's Backlink Battleplan right up there with the very best. Cheers Sandy |

What can I say but great course, regularly updated and Shane makes it easy to understand what is generally a very difficult subject to take in. I highly recommend Backlink Battleplan if you want to thoroughly understand and put into practise a system that works. Look forward to shane's next offering :-) |

Hi-I just signed up for the new version. Question. Is the backlinking techniqie based on manual systems or outsourced or both? How time consuming is it and can it be automated or outsourced if a manual process thanks Marty |

Good stuff! I agree that Backlink Battleplan is perfect for anyone with one, or maybe only a handful of websites to promote. Here is a helpful Backlink Battleplan 2.0 user review worth checking out: Backlink Battleplan Review | Backlink Building Automation Tools |
