Default I bought Traffic Siphon and here's my review

Hey guys

An hour ago I bought a copy of Traffic Siphon and I wanted to share my opinion about this course and I have to say, I'm a bit dissapointed.

What is Traffic Siphon?

Basically its about 1 thing and that is: Link Building

And why do we build links? We build links for our SEO campaigns. So Traffic Siphon is an SEO course that teaches you how to build backlinks using some of the creator's so called "loopholes" (how funny) and getting some extra traffic from people clicking on those links.

The Loopholes

I can't give you the names of the loopholes because it might reveal to much. However I can tell you what will be covered in those loopholes. Here are some examples: EZA, Yahoo Answers, Forum Backlinks, Blog Commenting, Social Bookmarking, web 2.0 marketing and other strategies.

Based on my experience I couldn't find 1 thing that shocked me or was something I have never heard of before. This is so dissapointing because George Brown himself said that he never even heard of the strategies that is covered in Traffic Siphon. What also is very dissapointing is the way they sell the product. Since they talked about each loophole having a traffic source you might think that SEO is maybe 1 of the traffic sources but turns out it is the traffic source that will generate the most traffic to your website when trying to make the system work for you.

The one thing I was glad to know was a little EZA tip he shared but that was it for me.

The Training Videos

I have to be honest and say that the way he teaches you his strategies is very clear and simple. He did provide step-by-step outlets so I couldnt find anything wrong in the way he teaches his system. I just think the whole system itself is just not that promising and could only be good to work with for a newbie who wants to drive free traffic to his site and doesnt have any other projects on his hands. For an experienced internet marketer who does have a lot of projects on his hands it would be best to outsource everything to a couple of VA's. Then again, for me its not worth it.

The Software

It could be a handy tool because it finds .edu or .gov websites for you where you can leave a link. Problem is, almost all of the results are no follow websites. So its okay but nothing amazing about this software.

When does the hype stops and quality begins?

It begins when you create and follow your own system and when you start to think for yourself and be creative and brave enough to test things out.

I know this is a very sloppy review and not professional at all but I hope you can make a good descision baded on my little review.

Thanks for the review - I was on the list for this and it did intrigue me a little. Is nothing automated at all in the system - i.e. purchasers have to go and build ALL the backlinks themselves?

I notice that they are "seriously" limiting it to 250 people - what a joke.

Check out Traffic Siphon Special JV Invite - almost $300 per sale with the inevitable upsells even though the sales letter says you get everything. Would they really sell just 250 and have a $10k affiliate prize?

Maybe the way for us all to make money online is by selling other people how to make money online products? It's incestuous but clearly the way a lot of people make a LOT of money online.

So, it's an SEO course (for the long-term) and getting short-lived burst amount of traffic as you building your backlinks?

The claim that he makes 1,400+ unique hits daily with one of his methods -- is it possible? What are the odds of following through everything in the course and getting the good amount of traffic.

Do you have to constantly build links to get the traffic? Or, is it a set and forget when you can just work a few hours a week?

Also, did you get the $1 trial?

Thanks for the review.

I completely agree with your review, pretty basic stuff and way overpriced, also the software found some blogs but almost are all nofollow and already spammed.

BTW i bought it for $1.

Here is how to get the complete course for $1..

Go to the website, close the page, then a pop message will come and will offer you the complete course for $1.

$1 membership is only for 5 days, so if u do not want to pay full price, just cancel it in 5 days.

There was around 6 upsell pages! That is just some crazy upselling that is just a total disrespect to the customer.

There is nothing automated in this system. You have to build all the links yourself or outsource it.

Yes that's correct

It is possible but im 100% sure he outsourced to a couple of people who worked full time on it.

Do you have to constantly build links to get the traffic? Or, is it a set and forget when you can just work a few hours a week?

Its not a set and forget system. This is one of those set and keep at it systems that require you to work lots of hours on it. The more you work on it the better the results as that rule applies to every course

Marketers nowadays are getting more dishonest IMHO. I know this is their marketing strategies toward newbies. But in the long run, is this really good for the business? I doubt...

Some has to put an end to the stupid scarcity numbers!

They are saying only 250 copies, but the number one affiliate will get a $10,000 prize... This is really becoming ridiculous with all of the recent product launches.

On top of that... There are about 99 up sells to the product and that is also pretty annoying.

George Brown is a pretty known name and he really had a great product with Google Sniper and Traffic Ultimatum but I am afraid he messed up with this product.

Looks like this thread was moved here from another section -- there's already an active review thread for this product:
