good software that can help me find profitable niches (with their related
keywords) with low or zero competition in my country (..Latin America) ?

Market Samurai does allow the free Keyword research access to continue so I'd support your view there though - get it, use what you have access to well, and then buy the rest of it when you've earned the dosh.

I really liked MicroNicheFinder until it died on me. I stopped using it so I don't know if they managed to fix the captcha alerts that pops up every 2 seconds.
