Hi All

Been MIA here for a while but I knew that there might be a chance of an answer here.

I have been playing around with ISA since the recent promo a couple of months back.

I wasn't expecting it to be everything it claimed but it served a purpose for me so it was worth the test.

Up front support seemed ok and willing to participate and help get more from the software and even told me that their money back guarantee would still be valid while I was working with them to resolve issue.

This went along ok for a while but still no major improvement in the software.

Unfortunately for the last few weeks the support team have now gone into a cone of silence.

I have sent numerous follow ups for support and now requests for a refund and still I can get no response from them.

Having been in this industry for a few years now I haven't heard too many bad words said about Russell Brunson and I certainly don't want to start them now but this was a pretty big launch and got a lot of hype but unfortunately the software doesn't live up to its promises.

So, I am looking for a few things here:

1. Has anyone actually made this work to its potential that is willing to share some advice? (if I am going to have to keep it I might as well try and make it work)

2. Is the support response and ongoing trend or am I the only one?

3. Does anyone have any other suggestions about how I might solve this or get in touch with the right people?

Update: After sending messages to as many places and people as I could find there was finally a response from someone who is able to forward my request on to the right people.

Still keen to know if anyone has had any success with this though.

Seems it is relaunched for $397, after your comments and as its not payable with Paypal or Clickbank, it seems something to avoid.
