Outsourcing site promotion?

I've heard a little about outsourcing for various things, like social bookmarking and article writing, is there people around who can handle the overall promotion of a site with articles, social media, bookmarking, youtube etc etc?

Any reccomendations?

We outsource everything. We have a whole team working from home, and it works just fine. A good place to start is onlinejobs.ph
